I loved everything about the area,all the scenery and magnificent beauty that surrounded us during our 3 night stay. We really enjoyed our stay with Paul and Sharon who were so nice,kind and friendly.Would definitely go back and stay again. Thanks for everything Paul and Sharon.

To be honest there isn't much to dislike about the area and where we stayed. The only thing I can say that might be negative is that we had no mobile coverage at all where we stayed but that is of no fault to Paul and Sharon.

Excellent breakfast

We received a very friendly welcome at the B&B. Paul was very helpful and gave us lot's of detail about things in the area. As we arrived 20 minutes prior to the local restaurant closing, Paul called to advise the restaurant about us arriving. The B&B is located in a beautiful rural area, very close to the Silver Strand Beach. It was the ideal place to stay during our trip through Donegal. The room was a bit dated but perfect for our needs.

The shared kitchen was a bit confusing in the morning. People prepared their own breakfast, while our breakfast was served in the same room - but great for long-term stays to be able to avail of a kitchen area!

Paul is the best kind of host you could have. Very friendly, yet maintains professionalism at the same time.

there was a lack of printed information about the surrounding area. maybe as it was just before the busy season.

We had a wonderful time, rooms were really lovely and warm, very comfortable, it was March and the weather was very very cold,,,,, Great Breakfast and we also did selfcatering. Paul and Sharon were very nice and helpful. We also had two dogs with us, it was great having them stay with us, one less thing to worry about, we will be back again that's for sure :)

They have a big kitchen with a lot of facilities for cook your own food.

Staff are approacable, efficient and knowledgable about the local attractions and facilities. Well priced good quality budget accomodation.

The location, in a very small village, lost along the coast. Staff is very friendly. Irish Breakfast is very good.

You could really treat the place like a home using the kitchen and a large lounge area where there was a nice fire burning. The hosts were lovely and very helpful, even offering to drive us to the pub and pick us up after!

Great value for money. Great cooked breakfast. Great hospitality. Comfortable bedroom and communal space. Beautifully peaceful countryside.

This is my second time to be in this B and B. It's just a perfect place like home away from home.

The warmth of the welcome from the owners, Paul and Sharon was the best ever in Donegal. The dining/kitchen and relaxation area was warm and comfortable and we had great freedom to self-cater. Milk,tea and coffee was always available for use. it was a home from home and I would highly recommend it. We will visit again since we felt quite sad leaving.

So noisy germans, did'nt clean up after their meal in the open kichen. Our room was cold, window couldn't close all the way, bathroom had no shelf or towel racks, nowhere to put anything.

Fantastic stay here. Paul was incredibly pleasant and full of advice on what to see. And when our car broke down in the morning he got it going again. Absolute gentleman. Location was great, so close to plenty of great scenery, and was surprisingly easy to find. Main kitchen area/social area was very nice, the facilities were excellent, and the blazing stove made it a very cosy area to relax in. Beds were comfy, rooms were nice, and the showers worked well. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

The price was good but quite remote.

The bedroom had to be locked at all times because there was no closing latch and the door would open when someone entered the main door.

I enjoyed the area. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. Beautiful views. Good location.This was one of our favorite places. We were glad we stayed there. We saw the true beauty of Ireland because of being in that location. We are planning to go back.

We were made very welcome when we arrived by the owner Paul who had lots of information on the area. He showed us to our room and explained what facilities were available. The communal kitchen was excellent with a roaring wood burning stove. The breakfast was superb and substantial and served impeccably. The views from the hostel were beautiful. If you are looking for a relaxing, friendly, value for money getaway, look no further.

only one problem no phone signal so cmould not recieve calls or texts or make them thats the only drawback
