The sink was blocked. They made an attempt to clear it but it seems it's the way it is
the safety of location , comfortable clean house , friendly staff and good breakfast
the room was a little small for three adults
100% recomendation. a litle outside but not to far.
Friendly staff Great and big warm Irish breakfast
Bed a bit too soft for my taste
Very polite staff. Great and cheap Irish breakfast. Good price. Clean place.
Not very warm room. It's kind in the middle of the nowhere, hard to find at night.
The location love salthill
The girl on arrival didn't even say hello We booked room only but the room was cold they did put a small electric heater The shower had no door The next morning the amount of water on the windows was unreal We got up and had breakfast No good morning how did you sleep just ask did we want a cooked breakfast Breakfast five euro each And five euro for cooked breakfast on top of that
Room smelt like some one had smoked in it or smoke had come in from downstairs window.. Carpet needed better cleaning. Absolutely no hot water despite electric shower. Did not avail of breakfast.
it was cold and the heating was not working
The host (Patrick) was kind and helpful. Bed and room in general were SUPERB, warm and cozy. Bathroom was ok, shower was excellent. There was a wooden Irish harp in the living room (which I enjoyed as a musician). I guess breakfast would be fine... (see downsides)
Breakfast wasn't served until 8AM at earliest. We were the only guests in the B&B (a low season Sunday night), the host Patrick had to be up till late and we had to leave by 7AM, so we couldn't enjoy the breakfast at all. We only saw him at check-in actually, the house was virtually empty afterwards. A bummer, but understandable. WiFi didn't work very well inside the room - but the house was empty anyway, so it was easy to find a better spot :P
Room was spotless, Bed was super comfy, Staff were excellent, Breakfast had a great choice and was delicious. Free wifi :)
B&B was about 15 minutes drive from centre Galway. Taxis cost €10-€15 one way. Expensive if the weather is bad, as it was when we stayed.
rooms comfortable and clean, nice breakfast, very nice and helpful staff
The beds were comfortable
Upstairs shower poured in the middle of our bedroom. Nothing done by the staff to make it up.
Should have stated that breakfast was continental and if you wanted full Irish there would be s surcharge.
10 mins by car to city center Extremely clean on the inside of B&B Great Value for money Room was a good size & our bathroom looked like brand new
The outside could do with a lick of paint The WiFi wasn't great in our attic room
great value for money,great location
Location, Staff, breakfast, beds. Everything really.
-Ideal location and friendly staff -Facilities for tea/coffee making -The room was of hotel quality -extremely clean, warm and comfortable. I would recommend to all. It's just unfortunate that I wasn't consulted about payment.
-Credit Card payment taken day of arrival without being notified or asked what my method of payment was. -Wifi did not work at all
pillows were rock hard room was dated had asked for 8am breakfast as we had to leave early - owner did not appear until 8.10 and then proceeded to put out breakfast equipment so we ended up just having a bowl of cereal and had to rush off
Location (quiet), friendly, homely
Other guests were noisy one night and they threw up in front of hostel....we know it happens but it was very unpleasant...
Lovely B and B,very relaxing and laid back.nice staff bed was luxury so comfortable.7 min walk to salthill and short taxi to Galway.would definitely reccomend
Breakfast for 5€ is just amazing! The owner Patrick and his daughter ( i guess) are just the best, always there to help you with a smile.
Wifi should be a bit stronger to be really usefull in the room.
Friendly staff. Clean. Easy to locate.
Shower drain not functional. Shower hot water...insufficient. Ended up two cold shaoers out of 6. Heat and its control insufficient.
Very helpful, hospitable staff and the room was perfect: clean, spacious and nicely furnished.
The room was lovely a bit cold but windows were open and there was a heater so cant complain really. the bed was super comfy and wi fi was really good. Great power out of the shower also.
Breakfast was a bit of a let down not alot of options for continental. Walls a little thin we could here what was going on downstairs.
