Ardeen B&B is quiet though located less than 10 minutes walking distance from the new Titanic Experience, which was the reason for our one-night stop in Cobh. I was travelling with my two daughters (11 and 15) and we had made a reservation for a room with one single bed + one double bed. When we arrived, Aoibhinn kindly offered a second (double) room for no extra fee. She was very friendly and cooked a wonderful local breakfast.
B & B keeper is super sweet and helpful, rooms are awesome, view is amazing!!!!! Our breakfast was above and beyond what we expected - loved everything!!!! Would recommend to everyone and stay here again in a heart beat! Cobh is a great place :)
If you are on foot pulling a heavy suitcase, it is a LONG trek up a big hill......... my own fault :) There wasn't anything we didn't like about it, it was amazing!!
The lady who ran the b&b gave us a lovely warm Irish welcome, We really enjoy our stay, the place & food was really nice,& if we return to cobh will be happy to stay again.
Beautiful town. Perfect location! Tracy was a wonderful host. She gave us great information when we needed it. Breakfast was delicious! The B&B was kept in good shape. The view out our bedroom window was gorgeous! Thank you for a wonderful stay. I wish we would have stayed longer than one night!
Tracy was our wonderful host, making us feel at home, rooms were clean and comfortable, the position was great, within walking distance of pubs and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay in Cohb, and Ardeen b&b.
Lovely views overlooking Cork harbour. Very short walk into centre of town.
I prefer to help myself to cereal and orange. A choice of juice and cereal would be better.
lovely B&B, very friendly and helpful host, nice room with beautiful view, great breakfast.
lack of tea making facilities, strong street-lighting in front of windows.
The accommodation was good, clean and comfortable. Very warm welcome with a very welcome pot of tea. Very pleasant and co-operative lady.
Friendly staff, fabulous Irish breakfast, good location.
The host was so helpful, we were quite exhausted after a long drive and she made us cups of tea, sat and talked with us in her comfortable lounge room and made us feel very relaxed and at home. The location was great and so was the room and the view from our window
Tracy was amazing. The place is clean and comfortable. Location cannot be beat. The view is amazing.
Cobh is very hilly. Steep climb to and from the waterfront.
Loved this pretty b&b in Cobh. It's just 200 years old. Spotlessly clean lovely breakfast and gorgeous landlady Great view and really close to everything
Wifi didn't reach the top bedroom
Karen was a lovely hostess. We really enjoyed our very brief 1 night stay. Lovely breakfast with colorful fun guests. Great location and view. Wish we could have stayed longer.
good restaurants good food greatt train service to cork
not a lot to do in cobh
View from top bedroom window. Breakfast very good. Welcome good
Room on the small side especially the ensuite, shower doors not cleaned properly inside and outside. Other wise clean. Mention should have been made to the hill climb to get to the house .
Wonderful staff, lovely house & an incredible town. Thank you Tracy. We'll be back next year.
Very friendly welcome. Great views. Good varied breakfast.
Very close to Cobh central facility including the Titanic Experience.
Location was very good & we had a lovely view over the bay. Tracy was very welcoming & helpful. Breakfast was good, set you up for the day
Price was a bit heavy for one night €75, although breakfast was included
LOVED the Full Breakfast Tracy made for us and the charm of her home and rooms. She was also very friendly and helpful regarding sightseeing!
A couple we stayed with had a room on the other side and said the bed was too small and uncomfortable for them.
Excellent location, Tracey the host is so friendly and accommodating
The view from our room. Very friendly staff. Nice place to stay. Was here for a wedding in fota island resort. €20 in a taxi.
Fantastic friendly owner who went out of her way to help us do some desperately needed laundry, beautiful view from room! Great breakfast!
The view was nice.
Several flights of stairs to carry up luggage, extremely small room, recommended pub for dinner was poor choice, not very welcoming. The other rooms were vacant, yet all three of us were put into one room barely large enough for us to fit. Other B&Bs kindly gave my grandson his own room at no charge and their triple rooms were large.
