It`s location to Galway City & Salthill & Connemara was a big-plus - so handy & convenient.The relative peace & tranquility of its location was very important too. At busy times, one elevator/lift wasn`t enough for a hotel of this size. |

The room was lovely & the breakfast was very good, I did not have an evening meal. On arrival at the hotel I was informed that they did not receive my booking even though I showed the confirmation email. I did not feel that reception handled the situation well as they made me & my friend feel like it was an inconveinience having to get us a room for the night. |

The use of the leisure facilities was a plus. The rooms where spotless and really big. There were plenty of tv channels on a flat screen tv in our room also. It was nice to have a seperate shower and bath. |

friendly helpful staff, lovely food enjoyed a relaxing treatment in the beauty salon and leisure facilities very therapeutic! didn't realize on booking that there were smoking and non smoking rooms. we spent most of our stay trying to rid the room of the smell of cigarette smoke! However we didnt complain because in hind sight we should have been aware of this. It might be a good idea to have a prompt to remind people on the booking form? |

Very Disappointed in the bathroom. Seems to have been catered for someone that was disabled. Sink to low, no bath etc. Mentioned this to the staff who said they would come back about changing the room but no one ever came back to us. |
