Staff member on reception when arrived and same girl when leaving, she was lovely. Free over night carparking. Clean and spacious room and was able to smoke. Needed taxi into town and staff ordered this for me.

The receptionist on.arrival was very nice. Made conversation. Beds are so comfortable. Temperature in the room was perfect. Had a fabulous sleep. Night staff, rude and disliked the attitude!! No smile and not inviting. Asked for two pillows and his reply was ill get someone to drop them up in a while. Got the impression he didnt want to be there. Curtains didnt close over all the way so light was coming through

The hotel was excellent value for money! With secure parking, ice machines on every floor, short taxi journey into town, would def stay again. The lift was activated by your keycard and was temperamental.

Love hotel it around our family in dublin the staff are lovely, and we keep going back..... You can get food up till 9 in the bar, if you go in at 8.45 they will serve you with children but at 9.00 they tell you have to leave and put you under pressure to leave even if the food come out late...... I know this as I have experience this, not from the staff the restaurant manager.

Secure underground car park was a great touch. Speedy and friendly reception staff. The roof was modern, well kept and clean. Lots of plug sockets! TV channels were quite limited.
