Ardmore Hotel  

arrived at 1am and hotel didn't have our reservation. Did nothing to help us. Was a disaster and was treated badly

Clean and good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location, Safe underground parking, comfortable room, good food at reasonable price and excellent staffin all departments

we only had a pillow each in the double room therefore not the most comfortable night sleep.

We were attending a family function 10 mins from the hotel & it was perfectly suited to our requirements at a very reasonable rate.

Although I have already complained to the Recptionist on checking out of the Hotel, and left my full complaint listed on a comment card, the recptionist made light of the complaint and joked and asked us why we did not 'join in' with the hundreds of drunken, abusive , rude and very noisey welsh rugby fans, which ruined our stay..the noise was rediculous.....and checking in on Friday the 3rd February was an absolute nightmare!!! There was so much noise and disruption....bags and suitcases and drunken men all over the place!!! My wife was tripped up, and the lifts were blocked with bags..suitcases and drunken males just sitting and lying around...Do not get me wrong...God help the staff, but our stay was ruined as we could not get near the Restaurent with crowds of drunken yobs, and all night we had people using the ice machine on our floor (5th Floor) although we requested on booking a lower ground room...so all we could hear all night was the lift stopping and going, and the ice machine dropping ice, also people running up and down the corridor and general noise....Not very nice as we rarely get to stay away, and was looking forward as parents of two children, we were looking forward to the peace and tranquility, which was ruined by the Ardmore Hotel allowing welsh Rugby fans to overtake the Hotel

The evening of the 3rd February at the Ardmore Hotel was absolutely Rediculous! There was so many Welsh Rugby fans causing chaos as we were trying to check in,,,noise and disruption at it's worse..then we could not access the lifts...the Restaraunt....we had noise all night with people coming up and down in the lift to use the ice machine on our floor!!! And then running up and down..slammng doors....was a complete joke..Not the first time we have stayed at the Ardmore Hotel,,and you would expect a little bit better customer service for all guest...on checking out the Receptionist made light of our complaint and turned it into a joke...so Not funny!! When a rare weekend away is ruined by noisey disruptive drunken men.

I regularly stay at Ardmore for college and highly recommend it. Friendly, helpful staff, extremely clean and comfortable rooms with some 4 star touches included. Haven't experienced any Dublin hotels of same price that would compare.

Location on side of main road is only downside really

Not so close at the airport as I was expecting. Room very noisy, the hotel is on a major road and the windows are not soundproof.

I liked comfortable ,clean and luxury.

Very friendly staff and excellent location. Bus stop to city right outside the door..it's about my tenth time staying here and I will continue to stay here.
