Room was clean and comfortable. Location good, not too close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre but close enough for a short bus/taxi ride when you wanted to visit the centre. Food was average. We did not use the main restaurant but ate in the Bar one evening. Food was ok but nothing spectacular. |

Staff were nice and room was excellent as a a staging point to prepare for travel to another country on a round the world trip. Address for the hotel was not very clear and could not be located on GPS - ended up phoning the hotel direct from nearby to get directions. Facilities for eating outside of the hotel (local restaurants) was poor. |

The room was a great size, the staff friendly and food was good, good bar menu. I found it a bit noisy when the window was open, the smoking area beside the bar could be made a bit more comfortable. |

Convient to cappagh hosp & also to blanchardstown shopping centre. The security of underground car park was a real plus. Very little traffic noise or noise from other guests The room temp was unbearably hot... Just as well we cold open the window as we requested a room at the back of the hotel. The water cistern was very noisy. |

The staff were particularly helpful, especially on my first night when there were problems with the room I had been assigned (the toilet would not stop flushing) and I was given a new room. Exorbitant Internet rate for use of pc in foyer area plus the rooms/windows are not at all properly soundproofed ...road/traffic noise was horrendous in my first room and my last night's stay was ruined as I had to listen to a dog barking all night from the adjacent houses (I was in room 520). |

I was greeted by a very polite and friendly receptionist. My room was nice and clean, perfectly adaquate for my purposes. I had not prebooked a cot but asked for it at the reception, it was brought up to my room within a few minutes. The lady who came with the cot did not know how to assemble the cot so I showed her..9/10 hotels have the same problem! Also she did not bring me sheets for the cot and said there were some in the wardrobe, there was just 2 pillows there, when I took them out she said, yes thats the sheets, they'll do!! Luckily I had my own sheets with me! |

Stayed as a couple, was a comfortable hotel, staff were friendly and maids made sure you had fresh towels and made the bed each day. The location...it was too far to travel everyday to the city centre and there was no shops near really. The price of food in restauraunt was quite high as was the bar. I wouldnt recommend this hotel if you want to travel to city centre regularly. |

I liked that it was convenient with buses to the city centre (10mins journey) right outside the hotel every few minutes. Room looked new - nice and clean. A 24 hr Tesco and Burger King was 3mins walk away. All in all a really good stay. |
