friendly staff, nice and CLEAN room, well equipped, ice maker available. Can't complain! Good bus connection with the city centre.

had to take a bus to get to the city centre, but the connection was pretty good (bus stop merely a few steps away, and only around 15 min to the centre).

Room was clean and extra pillows available. Onsite car parking. Easy access to motorway and north Dublin.

Extremely warm throughout the hotel especially in the corridors. It was suffocating. Room too warm even though no heaterst on in room. Breakfast adequate but nothing special. All fruit was tinned . Party noise from neighbouring houses backing on to hotel. This continued past 3am.

Lots of secure parking. Complimentary ice machines. Clean Rooms. Complimentary fans.

Poor wifi speeds. Uncomfortable mattress. Lack of plug sockets near bed. Security to get into parking messes you around if it's raining because you have to get out the car to communicate.

    Very clean

Like many others who have commented on this hotel, I found the room to be extremely hot. Probably OK to stay in the Winter, but definitely not in the summer.

Luisa, the receptionist, was the best. She's very client focused and has lovely chat. Rooms are very clean and silent. Really enjoyed my stay on this hotel.

    Wi-Fi sometimes doesn't works propperly.

The day receptionist was helpful, the place was very clean and the room comfortable and relatively quiet. Good value for money

The night clerk was totally useless. Could not answer any questions. In addition, we completed check-out the night before we left & paid bill, because we were leaving early. We were held up at 6:30 a.m. because the clerk wanted us to pay again, and demanded we supply a copy of the hotel receipt. we felt like we were being accused of not paying. Then he wanted to make a copy of hotels own receipt that we showed him. Also the dining room attendant cannot run the cash register efficiently.

    Good breakfast & secure parking.

Staff were poor. A waiter spilled a drink over me and barely apologised. Had to ask several times for BBQ sauce. Waiter then started to clear the dishes while someone was still eating.

nice, clean hotel. excellent breakfast. rooms on the front side are quite noisy from the traffic, i asked for a change and it was done with no problem.

location is the only negative point for this hotel. taxi to the city center would cost around 12 euros, which isn´t bad considering that the rooms are quite cheap. there is also a bus which apparently takes you to the center in around 20min (i haven´t used it though).

The staff are very welcoming and the rooms are spacious and comfortable

The only dislike I had was the use of the lift without a card because at times I often forgot it but other then that I cannot fault it.

So easy to get into town with a description on which bus to catch and how much. The arrangement they have with their taxi service back to the airport and being a cheaper set rate.

Only issue was the hardness of the beds, house keeping was more than happy to bring up extra blankets to make it softer for us.

The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful, and the location was adjacent to a bus stop and within walking distance to several shops, fast food places and a laundry (see "What I didn't Like" for additional on this last)

Two things: 1) The location--the hotel is too far from the center of town; the cost of taxis could have been used to choose a hotel closer in. Additionally, there aren't a lot of places to eat or see in the immediate vicinity, so you're stuck with either taking a cab or using the hotel restaurant. And 2), the lack of amenities--I had laundry to do and found that the hotel didn't have a laundry service, so ended up going to a local laundry about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Hotel staff were really excellent. Breakfast and the Sunday lunch were superb and offered great value. Room was clean and spacious and importantly the bed was nice and comfortable. I would recommend the Ardmore as it offered a stress free and enjoyable stay in Dublin!

The room (411) was uncomfortably warm especially during the night. Location was slightly out of the way but a regular bus service operated outside that hotel that made this problem minimal.
