Comfortable and clean Received discount for evening meal as we were guests
Atmosphere not great even though it was a Friday night.
Staff as always very friendly. Love the secured Car Park. Breakfast lovely. Bus stop to City Centre across the main road from hotel. Bus stop outside the hotel or a close walk, choice of two buses coming from city.
TV could be update, but still was fine.
The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful
When I booked the hotel breakfast was supposed to be included in the price however on arrival I was informed it was not
I like the location of this hotel easy access to the Dublin ferry port and Dublin City centre along with good access to the M50 motoway to get out of the city to the surrounding areas to visit my customers. The hotel is modern and clean and warm with excellent food and service with a secure underground car park
Hotel is clean, food menu good and cheap!!
update your website it will closed down and be tuened into a nursing home end of the month
The staff were very helpful & friendly. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast had good variety of cereal, fruit, (although it was from a tin) cold meats, cheeses & cooked breakfast, not much choice of breads that we could see, great that car parking is underground & secure
Can't really think of anything we could fault, only stayed one night, for hospital appointment, would use it again
I like the staff and the description of buses to and fro from city centre.
staff and cleaners
Great value for money! Will definitely be staying again
Comfortable bed, warm and clean room. Peaceful, not woken by doors banging or people shouting.
Very poor selection of tv channels to fill the gap between shopping and heading out.
a very friendly staff, also loved the tea/coffee in the bedrooms and the good bus service nearby.
Easy check in and check out. Free fast wi-go was great as it was needed. Taxi and wake up on time. Everything was perfect and I've recommended it to my friends. Will be back again next month for sure!
Friendly helpful staff
We hired a car with Garman GPS. The hotel address we got from the website did not exist on the devise. It wanted a street and number so we got horribly lost trying to find the hotel in the dark early hours after midnight. So a bad first impression and very frustrating.
The hotel was clean and located close to Glas Nevin cemetery which was one of our places to visit over the wknd.
We ordered a taxi from reception to take us into town and for some reason the staff took it upon themselves to put half of our luggage and some other poor peoples luggage into the back of the cab. This meant we had to pay the taxi driver to take it all back.
Great when catching an early ferry!
Only thing I would say needs improvement... Hair dryer sucked major!
- Close to airport - Nice staff - Comfy beds - Grocery store very close by - Parking included and private lot
Actually nothing - We wanted to stay on our last night, but unfort. they had no vacancy.
Comfortable good quality room.
Ordered a meal in the bar at about 20:50 but 25 minutes later I had to enquire as to why the food had not arrived and witnessed other people coming in later than me and receiving their food orders before mine arrived which is very annoying. Steak was not cooked as ordered but I did not complain as I was so long waiting and just wanted to eat and retire for the night. Also booked an alarm call for 06:00 the next morning but this was NOT received.
Nice, basic hotel, clean, nicely appointed rooms,a great breakfast buffet, free onsite parking! Not too far from city centre...apparently has gooD bus connections into central Dublin. As we had our car,we did not have to try it out!
A small thing....we had a twin room, but there was only one spare blanket. The quilts were quite light and it was a cold night. They did bring up a rather old looking quilt when I asked for an extra blanket...a bit odd. There was also no actual top sheets on the beds.
Rooms a bit stuffy,hot.
Easy parking arrangements (free). Convenient location near N2 (road to Derry and North West). Bar area is busy yet welcoming. Has a good sports bar atmosphere. Near bus stops and local convenience stores in Finglas Road area.
The price - it was a late booking on a busy weekend in Dublin andI paid £113 sterling plus £9.50 for breakfast. Unfortunately, that's the way Dublin is at present but it's still more than you'd expect to pay for a hotel like /ardmore.
They don't serve tomato juice!
