Convenient to Ballsbridge (5 min walk from RDS). Beside Dart station, Friendly staff, free parking,really nice breakfast including option of smoked salmon and scrambled egg. Nice quiet location yet as allready mentioned very convenient. No bar but Ballsbridge Court Hotel (Nice old fashioned bar) less than two min. walk away. Not really. Without the bar this is really an upmarket B&B but we were very happy with everything. |

Friendly staff, good cold breakfast buffet with a nice choice of tasty warm dishes to be ordered fresh at the breakfast table, making it far superior to the traditional lukewarm eggs and bacon buffet! |

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Easy connection to the city centre via bus or DART. There where no shelves in bathroom or shower area for toiletries. And some bulbs with more power wouldn't do any harm either. However, this would not keep us from staying there again.... |

Friendly, relaxing, excellent food. We were celebrating my sister's 60th Birhday, everyone loved it, very kind of the staff to allow us to have champage in the lounge, they even chilled it for us and had it ready on ice. Much appreciated. |

Lovely hotel, great staff , very friendly and helpful. Great location for getting into the city and/or going to the coast. Would definately recommend this hotel and will go back. Smashing breakfast! |

Excellent first impression-welcoming tea and cake on arrival.Very good staff. Great choice of breakfast and excellent quality. Great location near to bus stops and DART station. The walls in our room could have done with a touch of TLC. Everything else was great. |

Quiet location close to train station only 2 stops into city taking less than 10 min. Walking in to the city took about 40 min. Staff were very pleasant and helpful breakfast superb and although the room was on the ground floor it was very nice. Dinner at Roly's, Ballsbridge very good. |

The location could not have been better, we went to a Friday night rugby match at the rds. Pubs and plenty of places to eat nearby. Very convenient next to dart station for trips into central Dublin.Breakfast great, lounge with newspapers in the morning. Room very comfortable. Nice to stay in a hotel that has a personal feel and is not part of anonymous chain.Friendly staff. I hope to visit again soon! |

The room was large and airy - with large openable windows. The staff were genuinely friendly and enthusiastic - lovely people. Was great that they printed our boarding passes for us & allowed us to leave our luggage for collection later in the day. Breakfasts were superb! Felt like home from home (except the breakfasts were of course much better than home ;>) ) |

We had a fantastic welcome. We arrived early and thought there would be no chance our rooms would be ready. Whilst they checked we were invited into their lounge, given tea, coffee and cake - which was delicious. One room was ready and to our amazement had a four-poster bed in it, awesome. In the morning there was a great choice of breakfast, lots of friendly staff and it was a great way to start the day. |

Very spacious, good taste interior, very clean, very friendly and kind support. Wonderful breakfast! Even though located a bit outside, but very convenient because it's just 1 min. walk to the DART station. Good restaurants in walk distance. |

This was a lovely older building, that has been tastfully done up. The breakfast was the best we have ever had. The room was large and very comfortable. It was not far from a train station which was great for travel inot central Dublin. |

Stayed one night at this hotel with husband and son. The room we had was a large family room. The room was very nice with two double beds and a nice sofa and chair.We thought it was good value for money and would use this hotel again. The staff were also very good. We had to wait for a table for breakfast and when we got the table it was a table only comfortable for two not three. We had to shuffle plates around table to eat breakfast so was not as enjoyable as it could have been. |
