Everything, would not stay anywhere else by choice
Where do I begin? We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the complimentary biscuits and newspaper were much appreciated.
Nothing I can think of.
We have stayed here on three occasions and each time our experiences were top class. A very comfortable bedroom and an excellent sleep.
We cannot think of anything. Some minor things to be repaired in the bathroom, but more than balanced by the charm of an old buikding.
Everything. Staff excellent. No end of cups of tea and cake. Sausage rolls supplied for cold Rugby supporters after the game. Breakfast excellent. Perfect 2 minute walk from Aviva Stadium and the Dart to town. Will be back! Already recommended to friends and family.
Decor, breakfast, spacious room, complimentary coffee and snacks all-day, quality newspapers, access to city via adjacent station.
Room and guest house excessively warm
Location, people, value, fantastic breakfast, spotlessly clean, honesty of taxi driver.
Losing at Rugby by one point.
Location Breakfast Warm room lots of warm water Staff
Room Lighting very poor. Television very small and far away from bed
Closeness to Aviva and to the Dart
Not many TV channels,
The communication was exemplary. I booked months ahead for my daughters 18th birthday. We arrived early and was met with a warm smile and coffee and cake We had a choice of family rooms and we lacked for nothing. Afternoon tea is out if this world as is the breakfast. Wonderful staff and food just added to the ambiance.Thankyou Ariel house x
We loved the tea and treats and The full Irish breakfast! Everyone on the staff was super friendly!
The staff were very friendly the breakfast excellent and I found the environment very friendly and accommodating . I'd definitely recommend it.
The bedroom was a bit cold, I don't like over heated hotel rooms but after I discovered the heat contole on the radiator it took quite a while to get the room warm.
from the first minutes of arrival we where to feel welcome all the staff were courteous polite and friendly with giving directions etc morning staff where extra nice Jess in particular lovely girl over all i was happy with the whole package and great value for the price we paid.
Warmth atmosphere and kindness of gentleman that dealt with us at reception. Staff at breakfast so nice.
Loved the tea, coffee and cakes available in the main lounge. Breakfast just gorgeous and lots of choice. Four poster bed
It was all lovely
Amazing value for money!

Ariel House has it all, I would never stay anywhere else in Dublin.
What's not to like??????????
Everything, the breakfasts were great and nothing was too much trouble.
Swift check-in, help with bags, relaxed atmosphere, 24hr reception, excellent breakfast
excellent breakfast, large room, goodies in the lounge
mattress and pillows a bit worn out and lumpy
Great location Wonderful staff Beautiful breakfast Home from Home, extremely comfortable, warm and welcoming......a very positive experience
Nothing at all. The lack of a lift might prove difficult for the older traveller.
Stayed before, lovely room, great value, fantastic breakfast, food is amazing!
We got the back room/shed this time. Some damp on the walls, furniture old and falling apart, decor in general was poor, bed was tiny! Ariel should be fabulous, this room wasn't..
The staff was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was great and the scones and treats in the sitting room were a very nice touch. The proximity to the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) was also great for the conference I was attending.
As a business traveler, the lack of a desk in the room for working on my computer was very inconvenient and there were a few minor maintenance issues, primarily due to it being an old house with some historical furniture and fittings.
As a frequent business traveller, this property is an undiscovered treasure of elegance, comfort, cleanliness, exceptional customer service. From the minute I checked in I was provided with 5 star service and just did not have time to relax in the elegant drawing room with delicious cakes and coffee. I am not staying anywhere else in Dublin in future. Many thanks.
Everything. Spacious family room with period furniture. Delightful breakfast with multiple delicious options. Friendly and capable staff - they helped us locate an item we had left behind. One of our best hotel experiences ever.
