The location was great. That's really what you are paying for because the rest was not worth the money. Not exactly what the description online said. The room was clean, but very basic. The irish dancing show only lasted for about 20 min, which we didn't realize so we missed it.

Nothing to say this hotel is a dump is an understatement. Everything. Rude staff. Dirty is the word I would use to discribe the hotel. Was also told that I would receive a discount at the Jervis St carpark when my ticket was stamped and this was complete nonsense as the car park attendent said it was not the case. Would not advice anyone that wanted to sleep to use this hotel.. Addition to website would be no sleep allowed prior to 2am.

Really satisfied with the hotel. Everything was really clean and comfortable. They have a really nice pub on the ground floor and an excellent restaurant with Irish songs and dance show that you should definitely go. Didn't included breakfast on my booking resevation, and the breakfast we had to pay was very expensive in my opinion.

We loved everything about this hotel and it's location. Have been to Dublin several times and always had a drink here but it wasn`t till it was recommended to us that we decided to stay here. From the minute you walked through the doors the staff were so friendly. The room and it`s daily housekeeping was first class. Dining room staff and bar staff could not have been friendlier. The food was fabulous.Just loved the atmosphere. We will most certainly stay here again! Loved everything about it1

Food was reasonably priced and delicious.drink prices were reasonable for Dublin. Room was like an absolute sauna and we were unable to turn off the heating. Asked St reception for something to be done but nothing was so both nights we were forced to sleep with the window open causing a draught and forcing us to put IP with the noise of the large extractor fans

Location very good, within walking distance of pubs and shops. hospitality was good and the bed was comfortable reasonably priced and pleasant stay. Entertainment was excellent. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. All the staff made us feel very welcome, would definately return. Carvery on Sunday lunch was very nice too. City link bus was very close to the hotel for the airport and reasonably priced at 6 euros each person one way. Thank you

Centrally located in Dublin City Centre, suited the purpose for which it was intended for the night (night out in Dublin City Centre) and close to work the next morning.
