The hotel was in a very good position both for entertainment and shopping. Good Irish entertainment After the Irish show in the bar at 10pm the whole bar became a disco without the dancing, the music was so loud you could not talk, ould have been nice to have had the choice of either that, or a bar with easy listening music. |

It was close to the city centre and Luas line,it was very central. The hotel was much too warm to sleep and there was no air conditioning in the room. |

The location was good. That was the only positive point during out trip. The bed was also fairly comfortable. This was our first trip to Dublin and frankly, we expected more from a hotel that charged this much. The reception staff was extremely rude upon check in and was not much help the two times we requested assistance. Past reviews have mentioned this hotel undergoing renovation. At no time did we see where it had been updated or renovated. |

The staff, especially Maggie at the front desk. Went beyond expectations. Beds were grade A. Baths were grade B. Restaurant grade C. Central location in Dublin made it ideal for shopping, sightseeing, dining. |

The hotel was in a great location for city sightseeing. The Irish dancing was very enjoyable. Unfortunately it was very hot and the room not having ac made it very difficult to sleep with the thick comforter. It would have been nice to just have a sheet on the bed.. |
