The location was good, close to all the bars and restaurants. Rooms are kept very clean and well maintained. Sometimes the room temperature was a bit too warm. |

The staff are very helpfull, and the hotel's own pub/restaurant offer very superb show for the dinner at night-time. The temperature in the room was so cold, and can not be regulated the heating, the temperature in bathroom was OK. |

Staff were very friendly. The hotel needs reburbishment. The interior is old and crumbling. The breakfast area(in the bar) needs much more light as it was depressingly dim.The onsuite bathroom was in need of repair as there were tiles missing on the side of the bath. |

great location, excellent entertainment, good food, excellent staff. All in all would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of a Dublin break. Bit of noise from the street and hostel next door in the small hours, but Ireland /Italy rugby was this weekend, and if you book a hotel in walking distance of everything it is to be expected !! |

I liked the peacefulness in the bedroom considering the hotel is located in the center of town. I enjoyed the music in the bar.. The water in the bathroom was not working very well. Maybe free car parking should not be mentioned when advertising. |

Location was excellent. Staff friendly. Room was reasonable size. Shower was excellent. Reasonably quiet room. Poor lighting in room - could not really work / read in room. Breakfast room also needs more lighting - I like to see what I am eating. |

As above in No. 2; everything was excellent. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed from the prompt communication of the receptionist and fthe friendly staff at breakfast. The hotel was recommended to us not only for the comfortable rooms but also the central location. |

Very central location, ideal for shopping, city centre and for Temple Bar. You can watch the free Irish Dancing and entertainment in the bar every night. Breakfast is good value. staff very friendly and helpful - will even print off airport boarding cards on reuqest (if you provide it as a pdf file). The entertainment show hasn't altered (even down to the same lame jokes) in 3 years. Lack of vegetarian options in the cooked breakfast - just scrambled eggs, mushrooms, beans and tomato. |

The central location and the bar entertainment The front of the hotel is a bit of a let down although we were pleasantly surprised when we got out of the lift and entered the room |

the hotel is in an excellent location and has a great pub with good entertainment. The staff were good. the bathrooms were outdated and I was a little dissapointed at the lack of shower care that is usually available in even the most basic of hotels(shampoos conditioner and bodylotions). The rooms are quite basic and the tv was very old and wasnt working properly. |

Very central, close proximity to shops, bars etc. Our room was nice and big and extremely an comfortable bed and very clean the heating in the room was excellent as it was bitterly cold outside. The staff were excellent from the desk to the restaurant/bar. Just the lighting, everywhere was quite dark especially the restaurant you could barely see what you were eating, although the food was brilliant. |
