I liked the locality and the option of taking the evening entertainment if you wanted Due to the locality which is good the fact there are beggars outside or nearby to the hotel. Aware this is not the hotels fault. However, not what you want to see

It's the best hotel I have stayed at for the past 3 years now we come to Ireland and stop over before going on to Kilkenny. The staff go the extra mile for you and are so nice and easy to talk to, the rooms are clean and the shower is the best bar none so powerful. And the night life show and food well it's great, I always tell all my family and friends about your hotel. Thankyou and all your staff hope to see you soon The tvs are old but for the time your in your room they do the job

Hotel is centrally located so its great for seeing all that dublin has to offer and thats a lot! Resident band Puca and the dancers were excellent entertainment and the food was great. Special mention for Carmel, Sidhu and all the breakfast staff in the restaurant who work so hard every morning, don`t know how they do it every day!

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Best possible location. Live music. Short beds. Some rooms VERY noisy, like the one we first got = 317. There was some relay going on and off with a few seconds interval + the noise from running water. Rooms like that shouldn't be occupied. No problems getting a new room next day.

The staff you have are all excellent very friendly and helpful, breakfast staff worth a special mention. The rooms were clean and well kept the whole hotel was a joy to stay there. We were disappointed when we attended the Celtic night show, we felt it was advertised misleadingly concerning the menu at 29.95 euros for the three course meal it advertised courses but when we sat down there were supplements , our view was that it was overpriced for what we received , in saying that the meal was very nice the food was good, the show which was free to all was very enjoyable

Everyone was most helpful friendly Staff could not do enough for us. Hotel is very clean. Nice location Rooms are very good with extra large beds very very clean and lots and lots of hot hot water. Also the hotel is located on the quiet side of the city but in easy reach of all the night life you could want. Recommend No negative reports on the grand hotel Go and stay for a really nice time in the centre of Dublin.

to leave the beds are in urgent need of renewal the walls are paper thin and i understand on weekends ther is music everywhere but shouting and conversations at 3 to 5 in the morning in the corridors is a entirely different matter the staff of the hotel needs training i am a customer and i like to be treated as on.

The location was central for shopping, sight seeing etc. The hotel entertainment was also first class. The hotel reccomended the Jervis Street car park for overnight parking at a discount rate, it failed to say that there would be a 50 euro call out fee if you required to leave before 7am, which I had to pay, to enable me to return my hire car and catch my flight before 8am. It left a very bad taste after a superb stay, not impressed at all.

The location was great. Entertainment at the show was excellent. Staff were very good. Room on the 4th floor was next to the lifts and the lift chimed every time it was used all through the night. TV had sound but no picture. 3 bottles of soap but no shampoo or conditioner.

The hotel located in the city centre of Dublin, near shopping mall, Trinity college, temple bar, etc. It's really convenient for travel around Dublin city. The hotel has an excellent bar, there is traditional Irish performance in the bar every night. And the food and the beer are awesome.

Staff were friendly. The atmosphere in the bar during shows was really great and the size of the room was great for three people sharing. On paying I was charged 3.5% more for working in pounds. I know this is standard, but I think I should have been told this would occur as I would have paid in Euros.
