Mukava sisääntulo-aula, haarniska ja miekkoja seinällä. Mukava tunnelmallinen ravintola. yhden sivun huoneistot hieman kuumia, viilennystä kun pyydettiin toimittivat tuulettimen huoneeseen, auttoi jonkun verran. |

Hotellin illalla esitettävä ilmainen live musiikki ja tanssinäytös olivat plussaa. Aamiainen ei sisältynyt hintaan ja erikseen ostettuna hintalaatusuhde ei ollut aivan kohdillaan ainakaan mannermaisessa aamiaisessa. |

Olemme yöpyneet hotellissa jo useamman kerran ja syynä on keskeinen sijainti Henry's St:n ja Grafton St:n välimaastossa sekä illan live musiikki- ja tanssiesitys, jonka olemme nähneet yli kymmenen kertaa. Aina on yhtä hauskaa yhtyä lauluun "Molly Malone". Pihan puolella ulvovat ilmastointiputket. |

Huoneen siisteys ja kalusteet olivat erinomaiset. Löytyi mm. teevedenkeitin, teepusseja, hiustenkuivaaja, tv, tallelokero, yms. Huone oli erittäin viihtyisä ja kaikenlisäksi lämmitys toimi hyvin. kaukosäädin ei toiminut |

palvelu oli suhteellisen ystävällistä huoneet olivat kulahtaneet, jouduimme vaihtamaan yhden yön jälkeen varatuista huoneista toisen, koska vesi ei tullut suihkusta eikä allashanasta. henkilökunta ei mitenkään pahoitellut asiaa, eikä korvannut tätä todellista epämukavuutta |

Decent room...when i got there. This was a stressful experience to saty at this hotel. I rang ahead to get info on parking and was advised there was on site parking. When i arrived i was told it was full i would have to get a space in a public car park. So... i had to get a taxi back from tgis to hotel, get a taxi there again the following morning, pay for this park and taxis(cost 18 euro) and struggle with luggae in a city at night. No assistance was given with luggage to room.(or offered). The hotel was noist from xmas Parties and no advise given on dining options(1.50 for a snickers or pack of taytos in a vending machine was on offer. Overall an unpleasant stay. |

nice central hotel door staff so rude, grabbed my dad by the arm out of th bar as he walked in as said it was to busy even though we where a guest of the hotel.no need for the way he grabbed hold of him and told him "so what if your staying here its to busy!" have stayed here loads of times but would never return for this reason only. |

We liked the perfect location at the centre of Dublin City and within easy walking distance of shopping in Henry St and Grafton St. Also liked evening music and dancing in the ground floor music bar and easy walking distance to entertainment in the Temple Bar area. Very convenient for bus, tram and train services for the outer Dublin areas of interest. Finally, art galleries and museums all within walking distance. All in all, highly recommended. |

It was an excellent location and good atmosphere in the bar. Despite the room being non-smoking, the people in the room next door were smoking and it came through the adjoining door so our room smelled of smoke. The room was also just above the bar so we could clearly hear the music and noise well into the early hours of the morning. Whilst checking out we were also accused by the receptionist of having four people in our room when actually we had paid for two rooms so i didn't appreciate the accusation. |

The rooms were clean and spacious. Towels changed daily. Staff were especially helpful. The hotel was located in an ideal spot for tours and shopping. There was nothing to dislike. |

It's a very central hotel and the band on sat nite were brilliant. For nightime you do not need to travel, because there is so much happening in the hotel. When we arrived, you pay upfront and also put €50 pp in an envelope until you checkout. The rooms were comfortable but basic. |
