Everything staff very friendly food great accomodation great, great value and entertainment wasvery good
Really close to O Connell street, friendly staff, great room, good nights sleep. Highly recommended
We stayed for a long weekend. The location was great and the staff were Excellent. Breakfast was also very good and what you would expect to pay in Dublin. The hotel is right across from temple bar and the City is just around the corner.
The room was tiny and didn't really feel it was value for money. I'd probably not stay again unless the price was reduced.
The location was excellent and the hotel was very clean, tidy and the staff were friendly.
The Hotel can be very noisy, we could hear the entertainment from our bedroom, not great soundproofing.
beds were comfortable, location was central, great band on in the bar, bar had variety of drinks including cocktails
room was very dated: single glazed windows, rusty towel rail, cracks in tiles, tv on other side of room from bed so would be difficult to see
Central to everything, entertainment every night, staff very friendly and helpful
Bed wasn't too comfortable
Staff was friendly and always aimed to please and location was great
Walls were paper thin and the noise from the pub, halls, street, other rooms did not stop all night long.
noise from bands in the bar
The proximity to everything within walking distance
The room was very hot at night as there was no airconditioner
Location. Helpful and friendly staff.
Hot rooms on hot summer's days
Restaurant staff were so nice
Friendly Staff Excellent Location
Very helpful staff. Nice atmosphere is general and perfect location. Great bar food.
Very poor in-room entertainment for this age. Appreciate that is not the point of visiting Dublin but would have been nice to call up a movie or watch a range of channels late at night or early morning. Poor reception on the few that were available. No evidence of a trouser press. Bit mean with the range of Beverages and snacks in the room.
location of the hotel is excellent. friendly staff especially helena in the dining room. show and dinner was good but was over quite early.
room was large but very run down an grubby. if i was going back i would book a deluxe room and hope for something better.
Everything very good
Location Irish music show
It was hot! Hardly a breath of air in the rooms, and difficult to sleep. Fans would have helped.
Central location friendly staff Good quality breakfast
Room was noisy due to being next to access road for traffic. Decor dated throughout the hotel dark reception area Poor shower pressure
Large comfortable room with everything you need, clean large bathroom, excellent location, excellent breakfast. Good value on the whole.
No WiFi in bedroom, did not reply to my email about parking, and as I was travelling alone arriving at hotel and trying to manage parking was v difficult. In the end, they "found" a space for me. No room service, except breakfast.
The attitude of the Staff was excellent.
Excellent staff location great , drinks pricy but that's Ireland!!! Room good abit noisey late at night but overall would recommend this hotel.
Great location, within walking destination of town.
Parking was nonexistent ! Area a little rough!
