We booked Meal and show. The food choice wasn't good and the food wasn't good either. Should have got the bar food. The service was terrible and they kept getting the drink order wrong. There was two staff looking after us and one of our friends waited 30 mins for a glass of beer. The roast chicken was very small with no side of veg. The lamb in the stew was pure fat and the salmon was dreadful. Don't know why we didn't complain on the night. Had soup both days at lunchtime and that was lovely and breakfast, with the gluten free option was amazing and the service, except at the show was great.
Just want to thank all staff , they all were very friendly and helpful.
Very noisy from outside from early morning and the shower we couldn't get proper one as water was to hot, you can turn for hotter but not cooler.
The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff in reception were lovely and friendly. Breakfast staff were more than helpful and were happy to accommodate everyone's food likes and dislikes Rooms were big with big beds fab.Music and dancers at night were brilliant.
The food that was part of the nights entertainment was poor.
Really friendly staff and great location
I try to stay here whenever I visit Ireland, due to its location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is always clean and well presented. Excellent food and evening entertainment to be had without having to leave for temple bar if you don't want too.
The easy access to good Entertainment and shopping.
Lovely friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds. good food and service in the bar.
Great location opposite side of river to Temple bar area but literally 2 mins walk. Great atmosphere in bar hotel with live entertainment every night. Would recommend.
It is very noisy until at least 2am so ask for a top floor room away from noise.
Location, space in rooms, entertainment
Rooms could do with updating slightly mainly bathrooms
Our stay although short was excellent will certaintly be coming back
The room and the food was very very good. The staff were helpful and very courteous. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.
The show needs to be properly introduced with the m-cee at the front of the stage and the whole show run in a more official manner. While casualness can be good sometimes, a show like this needs a proper structure. The impression was that it was made-up as it went along.
Great position to visit the city Good breakfast Kind staff
Keycard for the lift and for the room was hardly working
Staff are absolutely fantastc
I had to leave
We loved the older style of the hotel, superb location for looking around Dublin.Staff very friendly and helpful, good food, drink and entertainment,we will come back.
We were in room 413 and the drone of the air-conditioning units outside was quite loud.
The staff and the food we're amazing. The entertainment was the best. This hotel should pride its self on the service given by the staff.
The room was small. I have stayed here before and the room was great. This time very disappointed in room. No dressing table, no shelf in bathroom for toiletries no drawers just small shelves that would not hold a folded t shirt. Given that the bed was extremely comfortable.
The location was very central yet not too noisey etc. The hotel was very clean with very helpful and accommodating staff. We were able to check in early and also leave bags at the hotel until able to do so.
The only issue was the shower being really small. So much so you couldn't really use it without bumping against its walls or the shower curtain being stuck to you.
The location was perfect. The staff were brilliant, and the entertainment was superb. Must book for longer next time.
Everything: - Location in Dublin is excellent; - Free parking for hotel guests; - Wifi connection is good; - Staff was extremely nice and helpful - Bedroom was like a suite
Nothing to point out.
Good good Celtic evening good
Good, central location. Massive bed, lovely breakfast, nice friendly staff (especially the lady who showed us to the table) Huge bar, free live entertainment every night - you needn't go anywhere else!
The only fault was the small bathroom and tiny shower cubicle. I'm not a large person but it was barley big enough for me and was very temperamental, running hot and cold! Not a pleasant experience at all.
Good location, easy to get to, a walk over the bridge to main area, staff superb, Celtic night fantastic, guiness 5 euros a pint in bar, what more do you want
Bit noisy outside rooms even though we were at the back of hotel. Only complaint is Dublin itself, massive problem with Romanian gypsies begging. Other than that great place, enjoy
Ideal location for all the sightseeing we wanted to do! Great bar downstairs with music and dancing every evening. Good sized room, and staff were very friendly. :)
Hotel is on the roadside making it rather noisy traffic wise, also unfortunately the beds were rather uncomfy, therefore both these issues resulted in a lack of sleep :(
location was very good, directly opposite Temple Bar. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Spot -on hotel in hotel right on the spot. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful.
Décor rather tired but clean and functional.
Quaint from outside with character. Staff really friendly, Room was lovely, clean and great shower ! Never stayed here before but our usual spot was fully booked for the night of concert and wanted a Central Hotel so not too far to walk.Arlington Hotel has become our new usual.Never lose the Moose, hilarious :)
Great location, staff were extremely helpful
Shower wasn't great
