My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Arnold's Hotel . The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was a bother to them. Food was very good and well priced. The big peat fire was wonderful to relax at! We plan to return very soon. Can't think of anything negative!

I have booked rooms at Arnolds, on many occasions, on behalf of my wife who visits friends and family in the locality. However, I have never actually stayed there myself until now. I have seen the hotel from the outside but it never ticked any boxes. I was very surprised at how very nice the hotel is for a good welcome, comfortable room and bed, restaurant food and bar food, I sampled both. There is a lovely reception area with massive armchairs and sofas in front of a roaring fire. Every member of staff has a natural caring attitude and they all go the extra mile to ensure that you enjoy your stay. We ahd a very early departure on our check out day. The night porter ensured that we left after tea, cereal and toast, how many hotels do that these days. Ten out of ten, you can't get better than that. Well done Arnolds.

Were made very welcome on our arrival, even got to choose which room we wanted to stay in. No matter what was asked for it was got promptly & efficently. We went out riding on the beach & the hotel booked this for us. Place was clean & plenty of food if you were hungry after your dinner there was something wrong. Loads of hot water & room was always warm. The cold tap in our room in the sink didn't work properly.

We enjoyed the family, friendly atmosphere. It was a holiday weekend so we enjoyed the buzz that there was. The staff at the hotel were lovely, friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful with stunning local views. The only thing that we were not struck on was the evening menu. Im not very ken on frozen chips etc so if fresh could be used instead of frozen. Having said that the breakfast was very good.

Always a warm welcome and the owner is never far away from the premises which provides a personal touch. The restaurant provides a good choice of menu and all food was presented fairly quickly and was of a good standard.

I love Arnold's hotel it's very homely and comfortable. I love all the open fires in the public areas where one can sit and relax and read or chat. It's great having the free wifi too. The food is good and the staff are very warm and friendly. A perfect escape from the busy city. We love walking so it's a walkers dream all the great outdoors to enjoy and the scenery is beautiful. Hope to be back again soon I love it's old fashioned charm can't think of anything I don't like about Arnolds.

We stayed at Arnolds because it was central to an area we had not visited for nearly 50 years. It was very relaxing, comfortable, with friendly helpful staff. It has a comfortable and warm seating area with an open fire ideal for reading and meeting other guests.

The location near the blue flag beach of Dunfanaghy was great! The bedrooms are tired and in need of a refit! Don't stay in 39 - inadequate curtains/blind to keep out bright streetlight outside and a cold shower!! Service in bar is at best slow and food in dining room was disappointing ( small portions and tasteless! )
