Large comfortable room. Very clean modern room and bathroom. Reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very expensive so we opted to have our breakfast elsewhere. |

For a one night stay it was ideal Was not happy that upon check in we wher not told about the wedding music allowed to go on until 2.30am & that our room was directly above the function room, we did ring at midnight & where told they could move us across the hall which was pointless as we would have been still able to hear the music, also when breakfast brought to room there where missing items & the marmalade given was half used!!!!! |

I really enjoyed using the pool, sauna and steam room facilities. The room was a really good size and very comfortable. Bathroom was also lovely. Breakfast was also really enjoyable. Reception staff really helpful, friendly and made stay enjoyable. The bar on the second floor was not impressive at all. The lighting was too bright and it felt like just a lobby area outside the lift. The Saturday night entertainment was very poor at this bar. Also the stool seating in teh red bar is not very comfortable. I think a lower seating arrangement would be better with higher backs on chairs so people can 'sit back and relax' while enjoying a beer/wine/soft drink. The red lighting over the bar was a little seedy although the staff were so lovely, chatty and friendly. |

Went to the races at Fairyhouse I didn't like the badly behaved children at running aeround the bar also on both mornings at breakfast it was like sitting next to animals eating and running round like it was a playground. I have grown up children that also have children and if my grandchildren behaved in the same way as the children staying at the hotel i would nerver go anywhere with them again. I think the hotel should consider leaving a part of the restuarant for families. I really liked the hotel but the experience with the children staying has put me off and i wouldn't stay there again. |

Overall quality was the best my wife and I have ever experienced. Good food and an outstanding room made our visit a delight. Bedroom doors slammed shut which was a shame, particularly for those of us not making an early start. |

Good new hotel, excellent location on dual carriageway junction 15-20 mins from dublin. Close to airport and to Irish Grand National Racecourse at Fairyhouse (Complimentary shuttle bus to both) Nice Swimming Pool and Gym with the usual facilities. Staff very friendly and quite efficient. Our room was huge - more space than I think I've ever seen in a European hotel room. Breakfast was adequate. Don't attempt to have an evening meal here. The food is extremely poor. We ignored the advice we got from several people that the restaurant was bad, and decided to try it for ourselves. We didn't waste any more time or money after the unappetizing main courses. The sole let-down in an otherwise good hotel. |
