Staff, room and facilities. Better that a common B&B Is not that we didn't like it but the breakfast included is continental so for any other thing you have to pay 8 euros |

A really warm welcome after arriving later than expected at 9.30pm. Beautiful large room & bathroom with fab pillows & duvez - 2 great nights sleep had by us both. A very pleasant breakfast room & one of the best continental breakfasts ever had with choice a plenty. Local pub was great but don't do the local fish & chip shop - we had afew mouthfuls & binned it - awful & not cheap. Lovely warm host & would definately stay again if in area. |

Owners were more than helpful and really keen to help. Enjoyed the spa and sauna, well set up accommodation. Pretty close for Blarney Castle for those wanting to kiss the stone. Needed transport, not in walking distance to shops. This wasn't a problem for us but maybe for some. Finding it was a little difficult due to unclear internet directions. |

The welcome was warm, the accommodation comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast offered an interesting variety of buffet and cooked items - if you leave the table hungry that will have been your choice. The staff were attentive and caring - it would be impossible to fault anything. That we were only staying two nights |

Excellent standards of cleanliness,comfort and overall helpful advise from anne & john. Having pre-booked @ 70 euros per night for 3 and when we telephoned and extended by 1 extra night was charged 99 euros on departure was absolutely disgusted!!!!!!!!!!! Not by the website by the owners. Will not return. Lots of b & b in area for at lot less and looked very inviting. |

I liked everything except that breakfast finishes at 9.30am this is too early for a relaxing break away. Breakfast way too early for the weekend. |

Liked the Canadian hot tub, lovely under the stars. Very comfortable room, great food and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Good Thai restaurant down the road too. The sauna is really too small to work properly. |
