good location, close to all amenities

the lack of hot water to wash and shower was poor. there was a notice saying to 'run hot tap in bath' but did not seem to work. i expected more paying in excess of 50 euro per night for room only

I like the Ashley because of it's friendly, cozy, and old-fashioned atmosphere. The proprietor and her staff are always welcoming, helpful, and courteous. The breakfast room is especially cheerful and pleasant. I've stayed at this hotel on 5 different occasions and have never been dissatisfied.

Location and price

Very limited parking only about 8 cars.

The woman I dealt with was extremely friendly took time to chat which makes a great difference. It was also great to be able to smoke in you room There are many smokers out there and it's getting harder and harder for us to find hotels that permit it. It defeats the purpose of having a break if you are forced into cold turkey while you are there. Excellent location very comfortable beds. Couldn't work the shower though so had to have a bath which turned out to be nice anyway

I decided against the breakfast as I think 10 euro is far too expensive. The price of the room was slightly high I think though the location was excellent for my purposes. I would certainly stay again and recommend it though if I was staying longer I would try to find a cheaper place

経営者のAnitaさんはとてもフレンドリーで、旅に何か特別な目的があるのか聞いてくれた上で相談にのっ- たり、タクシーの手配もしてくれました。 部屋も広くて清潔で、バスタブも大きくてゆったりと浸かれました。また、観光・ショッピングへもとても便利- なロケーションです。 3泊でしたが、とても居心地良く過ごせました。

Mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående personal, helt suveräna var dom. Det blev översvämning på toa när man duschade, samt så luktade det mögel på hotellet, särskilt I källaren där toaletterna var. Mkt bra läge, centralt.

コーク市内のメイン通り・st.パトリックストリートまで、徒歩５分の位置で、スーパー（TESCO）に行くにもショッピングやＰＵＢに行- くのも近くて便利でした。ホテルのフロントスタッフも親切でした。コークＪＡＺＺフェスティバルに来たので- 、深夜１時ごろに出かけても心良く「Have a good time」と言って鍵を渡して送り出してくれました（笑）部屋には、ドライヤーや歯ブラシなどはありません- でしたが、タオルと小さいシャンプーはありました。ケトルがあったので、コーヒーを作ってポットに入れて持- ち歩くことも出来ましたww

Central location. Staff friendly. It's a Guest House that likes to think it is a Hotel!

On my booking form, there is a section which states: 'Any special wishes'? I wrote: no smoking room please. When I checked in, I was given a Smoking Room. The next day, the hotel gave me another non smoking room, as I had requested.
