The atmosphere and staff - even though lobby was very full, no panic and everyone dealt with in a quick and professional manner the stopper in the sink didn't work, but I didn't report it. |

Very nice rooms. The triple was very comfortable and roomy. Temperature control in the rooms did not work. We had to move out of the double room due to the heat. The hotell compensated us very well for this inconvenience though. |

Large comfortable room, lovely bathroom. Welcoming reception. Resturant staff have no knowledge of special dietry requirements. I was given still frozen gluten free bread with my evening meal and was wrongly advised on what I could choose from the menu no alternative sauces were offered. Most chefs will make special gluten free sauces. |

We thought the hotel was really nice, it had a friendly atmosphere and the decor was quite striking. Room very clean and quiet. Also convenient location, with direct bus from airport to Heuston Station opposite and LUAS tram into town. Staff were very helpful, including sending back an item which had been left behind in error. It was a bit disappointing that our room looked out onto a wall at the back, but we weren't in it much during daylight hours so it wasn't a huge issue. |

My room was very well appointed and comfortable and the facilities were very good. The background music in the lounge, reception and restaurant was always classical. Whilst I enjoy classical music, I did not feel it was an appropriate background music to create a relaxed atmosphere. |

I have stayed with you several times and this time I had to lower my opinion. The restaurant was all over the place. One staff member blamed the other but I feel that the management were not on the ball. I had the veg.itarian dish twice before and it was superb--this time it was sheets of leather and very mean in portion. The last time I spoke it about it to others but this time I won't. |

We had a family room which was huge. It was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk was very helpful. The luas tram had a stop very close to the hotel and excellent for getting into the city. The buses were very confusing, but I am not bus savy, so it could have been just me. We had a early 7:30am flight for our departure. The problem was the nearby bus to the airport does not start runnning until 7:30am. So, we had to take an expensive taxi to get to the airport on time. |

Yes, the bathroom in the room 267 couldn't be called "bathroom", maybe because of the price I paid. |

Everything was excellent.Friendly helpful staff . First class refurbishment worth every penny spent on it ! Couldn't be better for getting into the centre - across the road for the tram £2.90 return --- excellent .Highlight of the stay was a concert at the o2 .However, although the hotel isn't accessable directly by tram- the hotel staff were extremly helpful in ordering a taxi for us. No not really except I wish the tram ran to the 02 |
