lovely bright fresh room & bathroom. Towels and bedlinen fresh and comfortable. All the staff were very pleasant, friendly and polite. When requested for extra tea, coffee & milk they were delivered straight away. More tea/coffee/milk should be placed in the rooms for the thirsty traveller. |

the good help of Eugine the duty manager. otherwise no staff interaction. Breakfast very good slightly expensive. but the location is excellent and the room rate was very very fair. the bar is very good and prices are good both for food and beverage. our room was hardly cleaned every day. our dnd sign was put on our door propably by the maid as i am sure we did not put it ourselves. the rest all good we used to go out at 8.30 and came back late at night. |

Easy to get into city centre. The decor was lovely and very well kept. Thought food was a bit overpriced in the bar for what you got. |

I really like this hotel and have stayed there 5-6 times now. Staff are excellent, rooms are really nice and the place has a great atmosphere. Really handy for Heuston Station which is just a minutes walk away. Any time that I stay in Dublin (usually one night only - for shows/concerts) I stay at the Ashling and would recommend it to anyone. |

We were offered an reasonably priced upgrade when we checked in and accepted it. The room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. We found that without exception the hotel staff were pleasant and always helpful. The hotel was a short walk to the city bus tour, Heuston Railway station and to the nearest tram stop - which went directly into the city centre (4 stops/approx 7 to 8 mins). |

The location was very close to the leus tram which was excellent. We went for a concert trip and we found it excellent. We got on tram a two minute walk from hotel and it took us straight into the town or straight to the o2 arena. The hotel was very good value for money and the staff were very helpful. Even bringin us ice on request at five am in the morning lol. Very clean and bright boutique style hotel. The restaurant was very expensive. |

the room was very comfortable at a good price. I also liked the Luas being right outside very central. To be honest i didn't like the food. We ordered room servce at the cost of nearly 50euro. I got cold potatoes with lumps and luke warm salmon. |

It was a convenient location and the room was comfortable. There was no heating in the bathroom, as it was snowing and extremely cold the night that we stayed I was not able to have a relaxing bath. There was also no blinds or curtains in the bathroom which made it feel slightly less private than we would have liked. |

card access doors and lift availability...... I did not like the loud noise /vibrations of extractor fan/motors turning on for every 1 40 mins then off again for every 2 40 mins...when going to sleep 12 midnight.....night staff couldn t turn it off..but did give one another room.....new room very spacious and luxurious but the bigbathroom floor was cold like ice and the faucets in the sinks seem to protrude out too far ( easy to hit one s head off them as one bends over sink to wash ) ...also the bedroom lights are too hard and harsh for nightime especially when reflected again in the large mirrors ...making nightime reading very distracting. |
