Refurbishment is taking place, bar, restaurant & lobby areas look very well and much improved on previous stay. Unfortunately, I was in one of the old rooms, small, and in need of a makeover. |

The location is good: it is very close to a tram line that takes you to the city center. The hotel is in a quiet area. The appearance is very nice. The restaurant is very good. |

Clean & classy for a great rate. It was close to the train & bus station and easily within walking distance to all of the main sights of Dublin. We were really fortunate that we found this hotel. Way better than anything we stayed in while we were in London. |

Nice room and very nice bathroom with separated bath tub and shower. Possibility to have coffee, tea in the room Two washers in the bathroom, only one worked, short of toiletpaper too. Coffee was not refilled every day . The service in the bar area was not good, seeing several people coming and sitting down at tables and left, due to no service from the bar people, |

Lovely hotel. Couldn't fault the king bed room we had, very spacious, and the bathroom was modern and large. The staff were helpful and friendly. Had a few drinks in the bar and found no problems with the service or the speed of service, so ignore any reviews to the contrary. Taxi dropped us off outside the hotel, but even if we had been dropped off across the street, what's the problem?? |

I thought the hotel was very modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms where extremely warm and did not have any air con or any way of controlling the temperature. When we were checking in the lady at reception was extremely unfriendly and quite rude, she didnt give a very good first impression for me and my friends. However the rest of the staff were very professional. |

Very handy for the Luas; the hotel is equidistant to two stops, although if you alight at Museum there's no need to negotiate a busy road junction. We arrived on a very wet day, and were allowed to check in early which helped us greatly. The Breakfast is highly recommended |

Very convenient for Heuston Station and close to Luas/bus stops (5-10 mins to city centre on Luas). Decent-sized room, clean, recently repainted (the ground floor area may be brand-new but otherwise it's still an older-style hotel). Reasonably quiet area. Staff were obliging and friendly for the most part. The fire alarm went off at 4am, over and over...and again at 8am...and at 11am. This may be one part of the 'teething problems' mentioned on arrival but the evacuation procedure seemed a bit on the chaotic side (although the guy on the desk that night was doing his best - very helpful and courteous) |

Good information from personel about how to use public transport from the hotel. Furthermore we had a nice, large room. Fire-alarm went off four times in one night. During our 'escape' in the middle of the night some emergency-exits appeard to be locked! Only after asking ourselves we got a small reduction for that night, which I find not very generous for a very disturbed night, |

The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and our beds were very comfortable. It is quite a walk to the city center, but there is a tram almost right outside the hotel if you don't want to walk. There were some technical problems with the fire alarms, which went off for about an hour between 4am-5am, which was awful. And then it happened again the next day in the afternoon from about 3pm-4pm. |

The bed was very good. We slept good. Short way to the bus stop, tram and train. Nice people. The city map was not good. It should be in color and larger. |
