Good location not too far out of the centre of Dublin, only a short journey on the Luas tram into the heart of Dublin and also closeby to the Heuston train station where buses depart regularly too. Comfortable room, although ours wasn't a refurbished one. Very clean and tidy. Impressive reception area. |

convenience to city centre and transport links There were problems with the central heating in our room, which was cold. Reception staff organises an electric oil filled heater which alleviated the situation somewhat. |

This hotel was a lot better than I expected since it had been newly refurbished, it was clean, tidy and comfortable and the decor was modern with a nice two parrallel mirrors and dimmed lighting. Very helpful, friendly receptionist - helped with info on Ireland (directions etc). Perfect location as the Luas rail line is right infront of it just 4 stops from the city centre and the Ireland tour bus for sight seeing. No spa facilities |

excellent location - 2 mins walk from Heuston train station ,and only 2 mins walk from Luas stop , the Luas will bring you quickly and cheaply to the centre of the city - shops , etc. We stayed to go to Horslips concert in the 02 ( excellent btw ) and from 9th December onwards it will be possible to take the Luas all the way to that venue .The hotel and rooms were very well appointed and we stayed at a very competitive rate . |

Everything The only complaint, is that you need a degree in engineering to get hot water into the bath. The taps are very complicated, and I never succeeded in getting anything but Luke warm water. |

We arrived at 8am on the check in day due to very early flight. We were offered upgrade at extra cost but as this included breakfast it was a good option. We gained access to the upgraded suites immediately which enabled us to freshen up before heading out to the city. This was a pleasant surprise as check in should have been 2pm. The suites were huge, very comfortable and immaculate. The bar food was very good. The bar at night was very lively but this just added to the atmosphere and was not a problem. No complaints at all. |

The breakfast was reasonable. Although wireless internet was advertised as freely available in rooms, it did not work. This was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel as I had a lot of internet-related work to do before my meeting. My room (on the fifth floor) was cold. |

Location is brilliant for city centre with Luas train on the doorstep. Also has ample multi-storey car-park which is free up to 12 noon next day and only €1.50 per hour after that which is cheaper than city centre parking. Food is good and staff were very friendly. |
