Az elhelyezkedés kiváló volt, hiszen mi az országot szerettük volna látni, s így nem volt gond a közlekedéssel, hiszen 100 m-re volt a vasútállomás, s ugyan ott a villamos és buszmegálló is, így minden elérhető volt. A szoba tágas és szép volt, a fürdő pedig nagyon praktikus. Ami nagyon rosszul esett, hogy amikor becsekkoltunk, akkor már ki voltunk húzva a listáról, pedig 22:30-kor érkeztünk be a szállodába. A személyzet a reggelinél s a vendégfogadó pultban elég morcos volt. a köszönés nem ment mindig a recepciónál. A bárban is hasonló volt a tapasztalat, s nagyon lassú volt a kiszolgálás. A takarítok viszont kedvesek és precízek voltak nap mint nap. |

Walking distance from city center. Closeness to tram station. Nice new hotel room with all needed equipment. Helpful staff, friendly style. It was hard to find the rooms because of bad signs at the corridor. Although it has happened in the night at arrival, a "boy" appeared and helped. |

The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms was outstanding. Rooms at the rear are very quiet. We certainly recommend this hotel. Our friends stayed in rooms at the front and heard noise from the street at night. |

Room was spacious and had modern decor; bathroom was spotless and had nice fixtures and fittings (love the square sinks!) Communal areas of the hotel were large and nicely decorated, and overall it had a fresh, modern feel. Great location for getting into the city centre. A mini fridge in the hotel room would be great. also, staff at reception upon check-in and check-out could have been a little bit friendlier, maybe enquire if we'd enjoyed our stay etc.. |

close to station and city centre always used this hotel for meetings the food was always good hard to get good quality in some hotels staff always excellent the cost too high could have got a better price for bed only but it was close to my meeting contact would not have stayed otherwise |

Clean room, good services, quiet location reasonably far from the centre that is easily reachable with the public transportation. Even though is declared that the wifi internet is free and accessible from any rooms, I get a room without that. |

The newly refurbished hotel was clean, comfortable and very convenient to town (esp. With luas light rail system) and to Heuston Train station (2 minutes walk). One of few hotels I've stayed in where the requested cot was already in the room, set up when we arrived. The heating in the rooms was a bit too high. |

The hotel though looks old, is clean. Room is very nicely and neatly clean up everyday. It's weird that the room that was assign to me contain 2 beds. 1 is definitely a single bed. Another ...seems to small to be a double but too big to be a single. |

The standard was good. I liked the interior. The staff were friendly and helpfull. There was no minibar or fridge in the room. It was not possible to open the windows in the room. The aircondition was very noisy and faulty. The backround music in the breakfast room could have been improved. |
