道路に面する部屋で外の騒音が聞こえる。気になる人は道路側ではない部屋をを希望するといいと思う。 |

部屋は相当広く快適でした．湯沸しポット，インスタントコーヒー，ティーバッグもありました．ドライヤは机- の引き出しに． 外部に設置してある温水器かエアコンの騒音がやや大きい．窓を開ける気はしないという程度の大きさで，睡眠- に支障があるほどではない． |

エントランスが小路に入ったところで寂しかった。新しくなったらもっと快適だったろうと思う。パブに行かな- くてもギネスが飲めて良かった。 1月12日から工事とあったのに、既に正面玄関は閉鎖されていた。旅行中は工事はなく静かだった。 |

部屋にポットとコーヒーが備えてあり便利だった。部屋は適度に古く、落ち着いた感じでくつろげた。アイルラ- ンド鉄道の基点となるヒューストン駅にも近く、ロケーションもＯＫ。 |

Room was spacious and had modern decor; bathroom was spotless and had nice fixtures and fittings (love the square sinks!) Communal areas of the hotel were large and nicely decorated, and overall it had a fresh, modern feel. Great location for getting into the city centre. A mini fridge in the hotel room would be great. also, staff at reception upon check-in and check-out could have been a little bit friendlier, maybe enquire if we'd enjoyed our stay etc.. |

close to station and city centre always used this hotel for meetings the food was always good hard to get good quality in some hotels staff always excellent the cost too high could have got a better price for bed only but it was close to my meeting contact would not have stayed otherwise |

The newly refurbished hotel was clean, comfortable and very convenient to town (esp. With luas light rail system) and to Heuston Train station (2 minutes walk). One of few hotels I've stayed in where the requested cot was already in the room, set up when we arrived. The heating in the rooms was a bit too high. |

The hotel though looks old, is clean. Room is very nicely and neatly clean up everyday. It's weird that the room that was assign to me contain 2 beds. 1 is definitely a single bed. Another ...seems to small to be a double but too big to be a single. |

The standard was good. I liked the interior. The staff were friendly and helpfull. There was no minibar or fridge in the room. It was not possible to open the windows in the room. The aircondition was very noisy and faulty. The backround music in the breakfast room could have been improved. |

The parking facility is excellent, as well as the nearby Luas line, and the main reasons I use this hotel. Validating parking was a little slow, mainly due to a couple of tedious chec-ins ahead of me, who took for ever with the very courteous and patient staff; a fast-trac would be helpful! |

Train station across the road and Luas, so easy to get to and from city. The room was really nice, Hotel warm and comfortable. My room was next to laundry room, it was a bit noisy but if you were out all day shopping or whatever, that would be finished by the time you got back. I just happened to be out early in the mornings and home tired by 3.00, |
