Doskonałe położenie, bardzo wygodny pokój, ciekawie urządzony, w pokoju kawa i herbata, biszkopty, po całym dniu zwiedzania bardzo przydatne. Śniadania mało urozmaicone i raczej niesmaczne, ale obsługa bardzo miła. polecam, świetna lokalizacja, autobus na lotnisko pod samym hotelem. niesmaczne sniadania, koszt 14 euro, można oczekiwać więcej. |

Miła obsługa, dobra lokalizacja, przystępna cena, SPA i basen. Brzydki widok za oknem w jednym z naszych pokoi - a właściwie jego brak - betonowa ściana i schody. Mimo prośby o zakwaterowanie rodziny w sąsienich pokojach duża odległość między nimi. |

close to station and city centre always used this hotel for meetings the food was always good hard to get good quality in some hotels staff always excellent the cost too high could have got a better price for bed only but it was close to my meeting contact would not have stayed otherwise |

The newly refurbished hotel was clean, comfortable and very convenient to town (esp. With luas light rail system) and to Heuston Train station (2 minutes walk). One of few hotels I've stayed in where the requested cot was already in the room, set up when we arrived. The heating in the rooms was a bit too high. |

Nice clean, convenient hotel for shopping and sightseeing in Dublin city. Beside the capitals train station and a tram line outside. |

The hotel though looks old, is clean. Room is very nicely and neatly clean up everyday. It's weird that the room that was assign to me contain 2 beds. 1 is definitely a single bed. Another ...seems to small to be a double but too big to be a single. |

I liked the beautiful decor and spaciousness and convenience when travelling from the south of the country, also the parking was great. The noise of the boiler during the night. |

The standard was good. I liked the interior. The staff were friendly and helpfull. There was no minibar or fridge in the room. It was not possible to open the windows in the room. The aircondition was very noisy and faulty. The backround music in the breakfast room could have been improved. |

Train station across the road and Luas, so easy to get to and from city. The room was really nice, Hotel warm and comfortable. My room was next to laundry room, it was a bit noisy but if you were out all day shopping or whatever, that would be finished by the time you got back. I just happened to be out early in the mornings and home tired by 3.00, |

I liked the hotel, the food was fantastic and the staff were lovely and friendly even enquiring what had brought us to the area which thought was a lovely touch the only negative thing that I could say was that we chose a smoking room and the room had a very strong smell of musty cigarette smoke when we got there, I've booked many smoking rooms before and never experienced this |

The room was a good size and clean The house keeping staff were a bit too keen, trying to come into the room (more than once) on the day we checked in and the day that we were checking out. Shows poor communication amongst staff |

The hotel was in a very good location and close to the transport links and I was impressed by the upgrade to a superior rooms for an extra 2 euros a night when we pre-booked breakfast. |

Was very pleasantly surprised. Hotel staff were welcoming, incredibly polite, very helpful and extremely efficient. The hotel is beautifully decorated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. |

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities. The location, across the street from Heuston Station, facilitated accessing tours that left from the rail station. |
