Având vedere spre spre râul Liffey, Hotelul Ashling este situat lângă gara Heuston din Dublin. Acest hotel de 4 stele are interioare frumos decorate, camere spaţioase cu Wi-Fi gratuit, precum şi un bar elegant. Ashling este situat la o plimbare de doar 5 minute de Grădina Zoologică din Dublin şi de Depozitul Guinness. O călătorie de 5 minute cu tramvaiul LUAS vă va duce la zona plină de viaţă Temple Bar. Decorate în tonuri calde, camerele au paturi confortabile, cu pilote de un alb imaculat. Camerele includ televizoare cu ecran plat şi seifuri, iar multe dintre ele au vedere la oraş. Braseria Chesterfields serveşte un mic dejun gătit dimineaţa, fripturi la prânz şi mâncăruri excelente din bucătăria irlandeză şi internaţională la cină. Barul Iveagh are podele de marmură lustruită şi oferă o gamă de gustări uşoare şi cocktail-uri fantastice. Aveţi la dispoziţie mai multe saloane confortabile, cu canapele luxoase în care vă puteţi relaxa în voie. It is a transit hotel. A lesson for management to consider, don't give parties of teenage school children rooms next to other travellers as we had four nights of disturbances as they partied in the room next to ours. We complained to night staff and management and all we got was apologising after the event. The night staff even apologised to the children for disturbing them after we complained the second night at 1.40am I might add.

We arrived at 9:00 AM , check- in is at 2PM, we had just completed an overseas flight and we were tired and needed to clean up. Kate at the front desk told us she would get us the first available room, we were in our room by 9:30. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Hueston train statin and the local Luas high speed inter city rolley.

I chose to stay at the Ashling Hotel because of it's close proximity to the 'Irish Museum of Modern Art'. Our room was very well presented and overall good value. We found the facilities excellent, easy to use and the staff in the restaurant and bar very welcoming and helpful. Would gladly return. The only gripe was the coldness of the reception staff, almost unfriendly possibly condecending, after checking in everything was fine.

Whenever I have to stay in Dublin I stay at The Ashling,it is convient for shopping in city centre stores, going to the theatre and for trains when travelling to the south and the west. The hotel provides excellent food and the staff are very friendly and helpfull. Annette

Access by car was perfect, Luas (light rail system)stops almost right outside the door. Great view from room, good food. Being charged for overnight parking was a bit rich having paid for b&b, thought it was a bit sneaky and tight.

Breakfast. Location viv a vis Conference. Theyhad a room ready at 10.00 A.M. when check in time was until the afternoon. Room had no view at all. It looked out on other windows from rooms in the same hotel. The room has a feeling of claustrophobia and was not pleasant to be in. The advertized conference price was higher than the quoted booking service price.

Very good location and property with a very busy lobby. The reception staff were excellent friendly and effeiceint for both check in and check out. Car park needs to be up graded and staff in bar were very slow we requested menu's and were left waiting and and asked later for a bill we had to ask twice not good enough for a 4 star hotel.

Excellent location opposite Heuston station for Rail and Bus connections including the Airport Express bus. Tram runs right in front of the hotel offering easy access to the city centre. The hotel was spotless wherever we went, with very helpful and polite staff. We were allowed to check in at 10am as we had arrived early and our room was ready. Speaking of the room, it was simple, but spacious with comfortable chairs and a well equipped bathroom. Breakfast buffet had a very decent selection for the price I thought. The only thing I can gripe about is the quality of the black and white pudding on the breakfast buffet could be better. I honestly can not fault anything else in regard to my stay at this lovely hotel.
