Närheten till museum, Jamesons, Guinness, flygbusstopp och spårvagn samtidigt som det var ett lugnt läge.

Under nätterna var det ett störande ljud som om någon kastade burkar eller hinkar, (vilket det naturligtvis inte var) troligen en lös takplåt el dyl. Vi bodde i ett rum in mot gården och var tvungna att ha fönstret öppet. Det var mycket störande.

Musiken på kvällen. Närheten till Heuston Station. Frukosten på morgonen.

Att det var rent och att kommunikationer till city var bra

Ingen arbetsplats för internet. Deras trådlösa internet kräver att man har med sig en laptop!! Personalen ovillig att ta reda på de uppgifter för bussar vi frågade efter.Restaurangpersonalen inte särskilt tillmötesgående.

The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms was outstanding. Rooms at the rear are very quiet. We certainly recommend this hotel.

Our friends stayed in rooms at the front and heard noise from the street at night.

Room was spacious and had modern decor; bathroom was spotless and had nice fixtures and fittings (love the square sinks!) Communal areas of the hotel were large and nicely decorated, and overall it had a fresh, modern feel. Great location for getting into the city centre.

A mini fridge in the hotel room would be great. also, staff at reception upon check-in and check-out could have been a little bit friendlier, maybe enquire if we'd enjoyed our stay etc..

close to station and city centre always used this hotel for meetings the food was always good hard to get good quality in some hotels staff always excellent

the cost too high could have got a better price for bed only but it was close to my meeting contact would not have stayed otherwise

The newly refurbished hotel was clean, comfortable and very convenient to town (esp. With luas light rail system) and to Heuston Train station (2 minutes walk). One of few hotels I've stayed in where the requested cot was already in the room, set up when we arrived.

The heating in the rooms was a bit too high.

Clean, with friendly staff, nice restaurant serving a good menu. and a good location for sight seeing and public transport, also good parking for residents.

The hotel though looks old, is clean. Room is very nicely and neatly clean up everyday.

It's weird that the room that was assign to me contain 2 beds. 1 is definitely a single bed. Another ...seems to small to be a double but too big to be a single.

I liked the beautiful decor and spaciousness and convenience when travelling from the south of the country, also the parking was great.

The noise of the boiler during the night.

The standard was good. I liked the interior. The staff were friendly and helpfull.

There was no minibar or fridge in the room. It was not possible to open the windows in the room. The aircondition was very noisy and faulty. The backround music in the breakfast room could have been improved.
