Very clean - Coffee machine a big plus. I was in room number 4 - Could hear everything from the room above (i.e. bathroom fan!!) - Then people coming into room next to me, I cold hear them brushing their teeth - thats how thin the walls are. But I suppose this happens in a B & B. I stayed the week before on a quieter night and it was perfect.

A very warm welcome without being effusive. I requested a quiet room and was given one at the back of the house. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was excellent and catered for all tastes. Machine coffee on tap all day was a bonus. Only an eight euro taxi ride into the city. Wopuld heartily recommend this guest house. Nothing - simplt first class.

Staff was good, I was greeted by a lady and she was v good. Well the location of my room was horrendous. Never ever take room 41, its beside main door with so much noise of people coming late. I had my exam next day and I couldn't sleep well. The bed was also bad, I almost developed bed sores as mattress was old and v uncomfortable.]

We stayed in the 2 bedroom chalet behind the main building--it was somewhat small but fantastic with modern amenities, a HUGE flatscreen TV and even a washer/dryer. This is a great option for families or couples traveling together. Also loved the great common areas available for visitors to the B&B---very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great and a very good value. Staff went out of their way to help us with scheduling sightseeing tours. Overall experience was 10 out of 10--highly recommend staying here!

Any place that you book on line can be a good or bad surprise when you arrive, this was a good surprise. We had difficulties with our directions because of construction and we were in transit to the Connemara region.
