Score from 186 reviews Very good
nothing special but cheap, a good choice for budget travellers, better than hostels
The staff. The comfort of the bed. It's quiet. The living room. Good WiFi connection. Good breakfast.
Although very comfortable, the atmosphere is a little cold... All white, no decorations, no ambiance. Feels like the place does not have any 'soul'.
Location, Location, Location. Value and service and open in October!
No complaints after a good night's sleep!
The ensuite room was fine being large and spacious with solid furniture. The WiFi was superb - fast and responsive. What we seriously missed was a kettle in the room as we are great tea and coffee drinkers. However the owners were kind and generous in filling our flask each day prior to touring.
Lack of kettle in room. Lack of waste bin in room- there was one in bathroom though.
too cold in the room
Friendly accommodating staff, great value for money and good location within the town
Breakfast was a little disappointing
Nothing. Absolute disaster.
Same as above.
The house is very modern and clean.
We couldn't check in until 4pm which was a bit of an inconvenience as it was raining and we wanted to get in out of it. Our room had a shower - no bath. This is not a traditional B&B. It doesn't feel like a home. It's a bit austere and cold in terms of atmosphere. However, it is modern and clean and everything works well.
Staff made great suggestions of where to go and we saw jaw-droppingly beautiful sunset thanks to his insistence! We had a fab brief trip thanks!
Would have liked tea and coffee in the room. Don't know if there were adjoining rooms but that would have made it easier with small children
central location wit nice & helpful owner, special treatment as guests with small boy (5m), good & modern furnishing incl. bathroom (water was really hot in short time)
Nothing - street noise mentioned by other guests was acceptable (normal city noise)
i'm very good alternative to a hotel as it is probably far quieter and the room was really just as nice as a good hotel. Nice lounge area.
I had no problems at all.
Great value. Private.
Breakfast bacon a little undercooked - small problem - possibly due to owners hungarian and not familiar with the irish penchant for crispy bacon. No major worries.
Close to the town Friendly staff Clean bathroom
Pillows were flat Damp patch on the wall Bed wasn't great
Just a note to let you know to bring your own toiletries but can't complain for the price.
Excellent location, very friendly staff
Not very soundproof
The property looked newly redeveloped. The facilities were clean and cosy. The host met us the fist day but other than that we didn't see anyone from the property, not that we needed to. he had provided some good info on what we could do in the area.
While extremely clean and newish the place did lack a little ambiance. Otherwise nothing negative.
Staff location accomodation
wi fi was a bit slow, but not an issue.
B&B was lovely and clean, food was great and in grey location, break was good value for money. Overall we would highly recommend it.
perfect,personnal ok,breafeast good,visit pub ok.
clean good location friendly staff
no kettle/tea/coffee in room. not luxury.
good location (walking distance from center), nice staff, rooms are really nice and comfortable. Strongly recommended.
staff very helpful providing quickly all the needed information to enjoy the best of the area.
nothing. Everything was great.
owners were helpful rooms nice and clean
breakfast was average
Room a bit noisy as it faced busy road. However I did not ask for a quiet room so it was available if I wanted it.
Clean comfortable room. Shower was great. 5 mins walk from centre of town. Rooms were nice and warm
Breakfast no sausages wasn't great
