The hotel Manager and staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and was spotlessly clean.

Comfortable bed. Good shower head and force of water. Breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good black out curtains. Warm room. Good size room too.

Draught from open doors in bar/restaurant. I was told they had to stay open when I asked for them to be closed. Leaking shower wall on to floor of bathroom. No pen or stationery items in room. No tv channel guide. Lights over mirrors were at an awkward height for seeing clearly when applying make up.

Charge for Breakfast to room @ €7 50 is unrealistic .

Everything.we stayed 5 years ago and we loved it so we stayed again for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was so relaxing and everybody was friendly and helpful.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and food was very appetising and good value for money. Pool was very busy on bank holiday but had a swim lane free of young children which was nice.

On arrival -the receptionist (male) really welcomed us & was very efficient & friendly. Bar/Restaurant staff were very nice. Lovely room - excellent shower - all very very nice!

Pillows were very hard! Pity because the bed was very comfortable.

Comfortable large bed, with luxury quality duvet.

Staff Friendliess Quality and choice of food

The hotel was very clean and staff friendly and helpful. It had a very homely atmosphere. Food and entertainment on the Saturday night excellent. A busy but quite noise level hotel, ideal. A supervalu supermarket and pizzaeria beside the hotel which opens late.

Only small disadvantage you would need to have a car to stay there or be prepared to get a taxi into the town.The town is only a ten minute drive away.

Tony I think the receptionists name was so friendly and helpful. He did not hesitate to give directions and made conversation. Accommodation staff did not push to clean the room early so we were allowed a lye in which was much appreciated compared to other hotels. Swimming area was excellent, and so relaxing. When we asked for a late check out it was given without question. Fair play!

When we sat down with cereal during breakfast we had no time to eat it before the hot breakfast was brought out and the cereal was taken without question. We also were not asked about hot breakfast preferences, for example i do not eat beans and they covered the plate.

Very good food, excellent heating , very good bed room

difficulty in obtaining service in the bar and in the restaurant - management system to utilise the energy of the adequate numbers of helpful staff was lacking.

need to lookat the shower in the bathroom need a small door to stop water from running out onto the flooor in the bathroom the floor gets very wet need to change the menu in the bar and dinning room as been going for two years.
