The atmosphere and the charming young guy who served us with his heart.
There was a weird smell throughout the B and B.
The breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful and nice.
Location attention of staff variety of food
Cold in room. No water next morning.
no vegan options such as soya milk or vegetables for breakfast
The kindness of the staff
Our bedroom was cold when we arrived which is not good in December . But it was sorted pretty quickly.
We were greeted by Emanuel a very nice young man from Romania. He had excellent English and was very helpful . Also Tom the owner of the B& B was a great source of info for the rugby and places to eat . We ate in Martines on his recommendation .....delicious . Thank you .
No negative feedback.
The B&B was very well located - in a road parallel to the main Coast Road. It was a quiet residential area - but was less than €8 in a taxi home from the city(2014). The staff made the effort to talk and the owner was also on hand helping with tasks. Breakfast was excellent - well cooked and fresh.
The location is good, with a view on the ocean. The room is also good with a great Wifi coverage
There needed to be more attention paid to the heating level needed in the room. Otherwise a good place to stay.
Friendly young man in attendance. Large room with lovely views of Galway Bay. Good facilities in the room. Some nice touches like chocolates. Standard continental breakfast priced separately.
Bit of draft in our room on the top floor but there was an electric heater which warmed up the place pretty quick. WIFI was poor on the top floor
Lovely and clean. Breakfast was really good.
Great location.Friendly staff, even jump started car in the morning. Cheers guys.
Forgot to ask for wifi code and we were unable to find it when we returned later. Fault of our own as we should have asked.
Fantastic location in salt hill. We were given a great big room with a view and balcony as it was our anniversary and it really made the weekend. we'll return for sure.
beautiful b and b so warm and clean would definately stay again
Cost did not include breakfast ? I have stayed in 4 star hotels for less and the house is staffed by young students with poor English , cheap labour I suppose
Good wi-fi single. Friendly owners, Quiet, large, clean and comfortable bedroom.
A bit disorganised
Room was lovely Lovely view Really comfy bed Good value Close to everything
Excellent stay. We were there for the Galway 10k. Looking forward for next year. From Boston
I got everything I wanted: cosy quiet atmosphere, good sleep, perfect breakfast, good walk near ocean, tour to mountains, close city center, restaurants and pubs.
Was too ecpensive for a B&B, but I stayed there over a Bank Holiday weekend so it might have been related to that, or to the fact that I booked online.
Walking distance into town (10-15 min), good room, clean bathroom, wireless in room and downstairs. Near to the nat'l aquarium
Not good value for money. When we arrived we were welcomed to the kitchen where a desk was situated, On the floor was a tinfoil of dog food and milk dish for the dog, I have no problem with dogs but this is not a great 1st impression of hygiene in a B&B. Size of the room for 2 persons was too small, no room to move about. furniture was crammed into small area waiting for an accident to happen! Electrical tea/coffee cable had 4 plug extension lead on the floor!,no plugs for hairdryer near mirror! we had to unplug TV cable to use WiFi very dangerous.... Dust on the headboard and on areas of the room.I certainly would not recommend this B&B for the price, Hotels in the area were much cheaper, but we choose a family B&B! This is my mistake!!!
Shower was about the best think in this B&B, at a height of 7ft, non adjustable height.
Full Irish breakfast wasn't really full..My friend isn't from IRL...i went get him taste of full with mashrooms,tomatoes,beans.,etc.,but some missed.no good per this price.everythink else was nice and good.
Really friendly and helpful stuff.feeling in good hands. View on ocean is perfect.room was litlle bit small, but cute and clean, same with bathroom.
location and staff
There was a garbage from the previous guests in the bean and someone's scarf under the bed. But when we asked they cleaned it all up. Besides that everything was perfect.
We traveled around Ireland during our honeymoon along with my husband. The hospitality at Atlantic View was amazing - we have asked for a sea view room - the host kept it for us even though we arrived late at midnight. Still have great memories))
That breakfast was not included in the room rate.
Staff very helpful & great location!!!
