Staff was helpful.
Location is not bad
Dirty, No sound isolation at all... paper walls, smelly, and really expensive for what it is. Avoid...
Staff where friendly. Room was warm.
Rooms not great bed was unconfortable and not in good condition. No towels in room. Noise very poor walls very thin. You could hear the grass hrow#
The bed was full of bugs and we three have all our body covered by bites. They didn't gave us towels during the 3 days so we had to buy it.
The only thing is the location.
The showers and bathrooms are totally dirty and smelly, you won't dare to take a shower in there. Except for only one guy who was really kind. The other girl in the reception doesn't help at all, she doesn't know anything. Plus, there are no sockets in the room and is cold.
close to central bars restorount
service, charging for towels
The friendly people that stayed is all I liked
The staff was rude whole place was dirty cold the TV is outdated and small internet can't hold many users as people stay in building they should really make changes and give a makeover
The location was good, Thankfully the very aggressive roomie was evicted asap.
Unclean, being physically attacked in my bed by violent woman in middle of night.
I think the wifi was great. I liked the warm blankets that were given. The staff were good. The location was perfect. Hot showers.
The bathroom was freezing cold. There was not a heater in the front room.
If you need a place only to sleep, without shower.
The place is old, but this does not justify the not cleaning of rooms! The kitchen is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the shower runs a bit of water and the toilet does not work ! The wifi does not exist!
Only the bed
The room. Poor wifi.
Price was competitive considering we stayed on NYE. Location was perfect - close to city & busaras. Beds/room were clean.
Great location next to the stations and a short walk from places of interest . Staff is friendly
Insufficient facilities (toilet and showers) for the number of people staying , so it s far from immaculate . Its not as bad as some other revues suggest, but it seriously need improvement
Only two toilet in bad conditions, and three shower even worse, the water from the shower came freezing or boiling, you couldn't manage it and was impossible take a good shower. The receptionist was so rude with his clients.
The location was really great (right along the Liffey river and next to O'Connell Street) Good Security
No heat Renovated bathrooms without notice very few bathrooms for so many people Staff was very unknowledgeable
I hate I can't even have a shower water don't work and shower wos so dirty I wont get in with my shoes on me
Every think about this place is hate
we paid for a double bedroom in suit, and had as firt a beedrom with no light, and 2 beds, then I had to ask for a bedroom with light and 1 double bed. Bathroom very dirty, insect in the bed, we got infection in all the body due to bites fo Chip bed. it s just umbeliveble to pay 140eur for this!
I just loved the bed linen in a comfortable bed
The internet connection was sometimes interrupted in the room
The only positive thing was the warmness of the room.
Very dirty bathroom, room uncleaned and building old, dirty and smelly. At first they put us in a room different than the requested, so we had to change. Later we asked for someone to clean the bathroom, but they only cleaned the floor. Furthermore, we asked for towels and they told us they rented them for two euros. At the end of our stay, we asked for a receipt because they had only given us a notebook sheet, and the answer we got was "no". I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Good position Helpful Staff
nothing to like
The fire door to my dorm room had no handle on the inside to get out.the other door leading to our en suite was secured by a builders concrete block which i had to move back to access the hall and shove back against the door later when i was going out .In the hall the right side leads to the public hall,on the left our en suite bathroom and toilet. The whole place looked manky ,damp on ceiling and walls, everywhere, pools of water all over the floor.Extractor fan broken, toilet door frame coming away from the wall, broken tiles, even the only roll of toilet paper was wet. When i complained to the staff about the conditions, i got no satisfaction, they see anything wrong.there was no other toilet facilities available. There is evidence of someone trying to paint over the years of total neglect but it needs a ball and chain not a paint brush.
front office/reception very friendly. general cleanliness of acceptable standard beddings good washrooms good hall way good
Very very cheap and nice reception workers
Bathroom was kinda bad
The 2 girls at the reception
Never go there Most disgusting place ever Not worth the price
Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Sign in there said "if it's dirty, you clean it". There was hair everywhere and spots with mold. Worst hostel I have ever stayed in by far and I am not that picky.
