Close to central area of Dublin in nice Georgian streets. Quiet area of Dublin with good public travel services. We had the accomdation in the annexe at the back of the hotel which was a newly built block compared to original house at front. Unfortunately the internal walls are very thin and theefore one is disturbed when one has noisy neighbours! |

Hotel had choice of 'quiet' modern rooms in mews at rear of main building - room allocated was clean and well equipped; good location within easy walking distance of the city centre and many places of interest; bus stop nearby and close to dart train station for trips out of the city; staff very helpful regarding things to do and selecting taxi for return to airport; very good breakfast choices including tasty home baked bread and home made chutneys; food well prepared - full irish selection was non greasy and filled us up for the day |

The location is excellent being minutes walk from St Stephens Green I was first allocated room 6 on the second floor of the main house. The stairs are steep with no lift. The bed was absolutely terrible, small, lopsided and is without doubt the worst bed I have ever slept in. The curtains made a feeble attempt to keep the light out, but I had to leave the window open as it was too hot and with a main road outside it was very noisy. I complained and luckily the very nice lady on reception (which is in the basement) a room was found in the new building at the back of the main house. This was excellent; with a superb, comfortable king-size bed and the room had a good shower and was on the ground floor. Request a room number 12 or above if you want to sleep! |

Staff was very nice, breakfast had good variety, free wireless and good cooking optins in the room. Ask room to courtyard, if possible. Wireless didn't work well in the room. |

The b&b is in a convenient location on a quieter road. The staff were attentive and helpful. Our room was nice and the beds were comfortable. A good value option for Dublin |

Staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortably furnished. Attractions are just a short walk away. We had to move rooms, but liked both they offered. One even had a small kitchenette, something we didn't expect. Guests were staying above us that appeared to walk a marathon every morning. Not so pleasant if the floorboards are very squeaky. Apart from that, no issues. |

Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Comments on website were really not recognisable in reality: ''Customer comfort and value are our main priority and we strive to achieve a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for our guests. We have brought warmth and a homely touch to this Townhouse, which, while offering the most modern decor, retains the traditional feel of a stylish residence''. Makes it sound charming which it was not. Parking laughable, a real squeeze for small cars, max 3 at a time. |

the gal that works at night was so helpful to me. she was up late to check a tour that i had booked. she was so nice : ) the service in the morning was great. a lady was talking on a cell phone by the front door very loud late at night our first night there. i was not happy about that. that is not the hotels fault. |

We loved it! The cutest hotel ever, absolutely comfortable and welcoming and warm, and the cooked irish breakfast was the best part of our trip to ireland. Thank you not too far from city centre just a few blocks- walking wasnt bad. |
