Great location, staff and quality of hotel
April 14, 2015
noisy (my room was on the street and if you opened the window for air, there was a lot of traffic noise, also you could hear noise from other rooms on same floor and floor above)
great location - charming old house

Top floor a bit of a haul on stairs. Bed mattress not very comfortable.
Nice old House with character Good location Staff friendly and helpful

The continental breakfast was cereal, toast and brown bread. I thought it was expensive, most places usually have a cold meat and chess platter which I find is a nice breakfast personally.
Room was clean and staff were friendly

No communal meeting space. Some relatives came to meet me and they had to be put into the breakfast room.
Convenient location, pleasant staff, nice breakfast.

The wifi could be more speed at the second floor, maybe added a routher more close.
The receptionist's assistance, she was very polite. The room was very confortable.

A very convenient location for the city center and the Rugby ground. Every thing worked , with an excellent shower room.
March 3, 2015
the bed was a queen size which we found too short and a little small overall
it was just what we needed. something warm, quiet and central in the middle of Dublin

Friendliness/helpfulness of staff.
February 24, 2015
The room was very small. The distance to the city center is much longer than mentioned in the hotel's webpage. The price was extremely expensive for the facilities offered
The room was clean and tidy

The seal on the shower seemed to need replacing - a lot of water ended up on the floor. Very narrow entrance to carpark - ending up scratching hire car. Bed was a bit too soft but comfortable. Phoneline was terrible - could barely hear night porter whether calling from the door or from the room!
Good selection at breakfast, nice bright breakfast room, nicely decorated room, heated towel rail (!), no problems with wi-fi connection

- the light and ventilator turns on automatically, which is very inconvenient at night when I don't want to turn the lights on when using the bathroom and make noise (ventilator). On the other hand when taking a shower the light would turn off and there was no way to turn it back on without going out of the shower and waving at the sensor near the door. Checking in and out should be more efficient.
- the room seemed new, with modern, clean, desing, still very comfortable. - my room was at the back of the building, so as result it was the most quiet place I stayed at in Dublin. I had really good sleep at night. - there are several, shops, restaurants and pubs nearby - near enough to go out in the evening but far enough not to cause noise at night.

Staff were very friendly, very clean and comfortable. Location is without walking distance of pubs, restaurants and shops. Loved it here!!

room a bit shabby more breakfast choice

Excellent staff. Clean and comfortable. Great location.

I needed access to wifi for business purposes and the wifi was simply terrible. In addition, there is no staff there at night, so if you have an early departure in the morning make sure you organise payment of your bill early the previous day as you will have to phone and wait for someone to come who is looking after a number of guesthouses.
The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the guest house is very reasonably priced for the location.

Very convenient for any city centre purposes. Baggot Court was easy to find, and for anyone exploring Dublin on foot, the location can't be bettered.
