Friendly staff and lovely room
All positives but found the elevator very cold.
Warm and comfortable and staff efficient, helpful and flexible
Would have preferred tea/coffee facilities in room.
great rooms Great food Great service The building is cozy and well decorated
Excellent facilities and the restaurant food and staff were also excellent. Good stay over and will use again
The friendly welcome was lovely the room was first class , the staff were first class and the food was first class. Highly recommend.

Nothing adverse to comment on
Location comfort of the room heat controller in the room comfort wifi carpark
We stayed for one night, the welcome was fantastic, large comfortable and spacious room, free tea/ coffee room service. We ate and drank in the restaurant, the food and service was excellent with only one small drawback.. When we were offered a table it was between two other tables in close proximity when there were other tables available! The breakfast was good.. We would definately stay here again on our next visit
Only the lack of choice on where we sat in the restaurant.. other tables were available but as they were set up for fours it wasn't an option.. We thought this was harsh for a Tuesday night!
Location, walking distance to rock of Cashel. Staff very friendly. Hotel very clean and well maintained. Internet great.
A bit noisy at weekend with late bar next door.
decor, location, bar and friendly staff and patrons
Cashel is a lovely weekend spot
very helpful friendly staff.
Fantastic location and exceptionally welcoming staff, they could not have been more helpful, we had a very enjoyable time there.
What a great surprise! The exterior photos of the hotel do not do it justice at all. I had a large room in the older part of the hotel just above the lobby. It was HUGE and very well appointed. The entire hotel interior was just beautiful! However, the area out front needs a little sprucing up.
While the restaurant was beautifully decorated and the food very good, the service, both at dinner and breakfast was slow and lacking.
Food was very good and good value for money Staff serving pleasant Coffee very good and complimentary on demand which compensated for lack of tea making facilities.
Avoid room 104. Lights went out due to tripped switch at mid-night . Someone came to fix it but only got bathroom light restored. Had to get dressed, dry hair and get packed in almost dark room in the morning. Unacceptable for a four star. The shower leaked and there was a puddle on the bathroom floor which I dried with towel. There was evidence on the door and frame to suggest the problem has existed for a while. The room was sold as having tea/coffee making facilities which was unavailable . Receptionist was dismissive of my complaint and gave a paltry reduction of €10. Poor and not 4 star standard
Everything, lovely room with safe and dressing gowns, bar food excellent, central location
Car parking difficult to find(but its free). We didnt have breakfast as it seemed expensive
Good very good and value was good
Poor facilities ,very poor reception area and dining room was tiny
I hated that the windows were nailed shut. When I arrived back to the room it was way too warm and I could've done with some fresh air. The bed was comfortable enough but when I'm staying in a hotel room alone I do love to sleep in the middle of the bed. That's not an option with your beds. I was also very surprised that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. It's the main reason I probably wouldn't return, especially as a woman travelling alone.
Nice rooms, lovely bathroom.
Bed was a bit lumpy
Everything was perfect, it was a great base to go visiting our family and points of interest ie the rock of cashel and Thurles. Lovely little bar and food very tasty and great value for money. Great variety of shops close by
location and restaurant
