Theresa was a fantastic host -- warm, inviting, and easy to work with. The top floor room was cozy, and we each had a bed (a great asset as a group of three). The breakfast in the morning was great and had a nice variety. Best of all, the city center was just a quick walk away. Would definitely recommend!
Clean rooms, lovely breakfast, very nice owner
Our hostess was warm and friendly, and assisted with queries. The location is excellent, easy walk to town.
The room and bathroom was tastefully decorated and clean, but simply too small.
Room very small. Attic Shower very old and very small Expensive for what we received
Very good continental breakfast also available.
Easy going landlady
No pressure in the shower. Breakfast very poor, toasts were cold (from the guests before us), eggs were dry. Wifi didn´t work well, the router had to be reset. Very expensive because of the Galway races.
Location walking distance to the town centre and quiet place and breakfast was excellent , Thersa the owner and Michael were very helpful and great
Room was bit small and parking bit dozy , but they helped us to be solved as we wished and happy end
The owner,Teresa was very welcoming and brought home made muffins to our room after check in.Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. There was three of us in the room, and we each had a proper bed,not fold outs like you would get in some hotels when u request a triple. Will definitely recommend this B&B to friends and family.
Nice family run B&B. Breakfast was excellent with Irish Breakfast cooked to order as well as a huge range (given the size of the place) of cold buffet items including homemade breads and scones. For 5€ extra it's good value. Private carpark out front and very close walking distance to town.
Rooms are a little small.
Just a short walk from the city center, Balcony House B&B is quite comfortable. The owner was friendly and caring. Breakfast was extensive and she even gave us a to go bag because we had a long drive and "hadn't really eaten too much breakfast." We will stay again when in Galway City.
Nothing. It was excellent.
Very nice staff. Excellent location for town. Nice breakfast.
Room to cluttered. Bed very small not a true double. Nowhere to sit in the evening.
The owner could not be nicer. Great breakfast, especially for 5$.
The good selection ah breakfast
The wifi would not connect but I connected to the house next door
Pleasant young man managing, friendly. Made lovely breakfast, got what we wanted. V.homely.
A comfortable 15 min walk into the 'old' city centre.
the dog in the backyard the balcony (even though we couldn't use it because it was too cold) the shower was great and free the toilet as well as the sink were nicely coloured matching our skin the walls were slightly less colourful the room was equipped with a kettle and tea, instant coffee and chocolate was supplied one of THE highlights was...... the........: and now I'll tell you: the hairdryer which was free also!! :-)
the dog barked only once a day (if at all)
The hostess was nice and everything was clean. The food was good and the dining room was lovely. She was helpful on tour arrangements.
The shower. Water flow was not great. Over all wasnt bad. Personally would have liked a better mattress but it is a personal softness want not neccessarily the bed and breakfast's fault.
Short walk into town. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Clean, comfortable room. Good value.
Breakfast was €5 extra. Should be included in the price of the room.
cold; poor breakfast
Nice room, everything that you would expect for the price. Good shower.
Could have been a little warmer.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Nice location, about a ten minute walk to the old town. Comfortable beds and free wi-fi. We didn't take the breakfast but the owner offered us tea before we left. Would definitely stay here again.
