Location, short walk into the centre of Dublin. Single room two double beds with flat screen TV
the beds were excellent
too far from everything we wanted to do, so we needed to have a taxi
Location Front desk staff though overworked did their best.
Bathroom structure badly needed renovation
room was very nice ,location was excellent and a very good price for what you get, staff were also on the ball
not a lot
En suite could do with an upgrade.
Good location, parking and I got an early check in which I requested after a 30 hour journey from Sydney
To be asked to pay extra for wifi come on guys it's 2014 it's not a luxury it's a necessity for work !! This disappointed me
Hotel was very clean and modern. Food was good.
Dining room was nice
No heating in some rooms. Change to towers room. No heating second nite of stay no maintenance after 6p.m for trip switch in plugs.
Hotel is ideally located if you have business in Dublin CBD or south Dublin. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful although the Dubliners bar lacked atmosphere in the evenings.
There was a youth conference happening when I was there and they were a bit noisy - but then I was young once and probably even noisier.
Location is excellent for Aviva Stadium and is a short walk to Stephen's Green/Grafton St. Room was clean and comfortable
Breakfast was pretty poor especially considering we were chanrged full price for our 8 year old.
Speedy Check in and comfortable quiet room with excellent facilities
Parking facilitys could be improved. All be it there was a match on.
Staff not friendly or helpful, room not clean and food horrible! Bad experience, won't be back!!
I liked how close the hotel was to most event venues, and liked the pub in the hotel plus the heated bathroom floors.
I asked three weeks in advanced for an earlier check in time, but they didn't acknowledge this. Then when i arrived at 3 they told me they didn't have any clean rooms. When i got a room the sheets had long hair on them. The room was hot the whole time, i need colder climate to sleep more properly. Overall it was a nice hotel but i think it be my first and last stay there.
Location was central, they were able to accommodate impaired mobility clients, Staff at Desk & Dining Room very helpful & accommodating,
Staff in the bistro less than helpful, language barrier made it very difficult to order food, actual bar staff great but waiters not so good
Early check in. Helpful staff
Cleaning staff entered room while still in bed. No smoking rooms.
Bed was amazing as was shower and bath
Spacious room in ideal location for RDS
Standard of Hotel was very good, Close proximety to the RDS and Landsdowne Road. Excellent breakfast good vfm.
Paying for parking when a guest
staff pleasant :)
very busy hotel toilet &sink in room blocked twice !
Friendly staff Nice bar Roomy rooms Not too expensive
Old decoration Some maintenance problems
I found the staff on entry very helpful & professional .The staff member who checked us in , a lady called Fiona , told me we had been up graded to the Towers , a bright spacious room, just the job to make our stay very satisfactory . .
My only comment would be related to the décor of the corridors found this part of the hotel some what drab, but once we entered the Tower the whole vista changed
Location, convenience and friendly efficient staff.
Additional charge of 10.50 euro for overnight car parking was a bit saucy.
what I dont like is that I tried to do this questionaire and eventually I wanted to close it but it does not allow me. You can skip pages but the close button does not work - a bit cheap!!!!!!
Bed linen was clean, bed was comfortable. Bar food was excellent.
Room was "musty" & had damp smell.Noise continually reverberating from lift shaft movement. Room was cold, electric heater was provided & needed. Bar & foyer were cold also.
