The atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly. It was cosy.
The bedrooms were lovely and warm but the cinema area was pretty cold
Staff, location, cleanliness all faultless !
The fact we had to go home !
Very nice hotel. Good food
Needed more light in the room
Perfection, down to every last detail! Lovely staff!
Nice bed and room had bug Windows.
I could not access Internet to Skype my family I had sa me trouble last Christmas day.
Good location Spacious room
Slow service at breakfast time
Receiving conflicting information from different staff members. Fire alarm when off very late in the evening - not announced made to advise guess. They could find our reservation at first. Room was not tailored to guess
Sleepless night with a party going on in the room next door .a perceived indifference from the staff, as regards to our grievance . Our 1st time staying here, since it was Jury's . A very disappointing night and a complete waste if money. We managed to get about 1 hours sleep. We still had to paid the full price and were treated with a "tough luck" attitude from reception staff, on checkout. Running a customer orientated business , I know the importance of a happy customer and repeat business. Sadly lacking in our experience at this hotel. Definately our worst hotel night in 20 years
Clean and nicely decorated room in a good location,
Room situated beside lift and was so noisy, there was also a really loud noise from what seemed to be a boiler.it was baking hot in the room with no option to change heat settings. When we mentioned this to staff , they never responded.
The lobby, pub and restaurant.
The bathrooms as had to change room. The marks on the room walls.
The breakfast was terrible and the staff unhelpful. We asked for an extra blanket and pillow still waiting on it!For the price I think you could do better.
On the morning of our stay we had 3 interruptions from staff attempting to enter our room to start cleaning. All 3 attempts were prior to our check out time. I find this very unsettling in a 4 star hotel. It seems the hotel policy was to get the cleaning staff to hound us out of the room as early as possible with little or no regard for the customer.
Didn't like having to pay for Internet. We feel this should be standard in all hotels now.
Website totally misleading. Not 4 star standard. Would not recommend to family or friends
great location lovely bed very clean secure parking friendly staff
We liked the room it was comfortable and clean and the cleaning girls were very good and pleasant
Did not like your bar menu or food and we were deeply annoyed when you shut the bar for a private function on a Friday night we were so looking forward to drink in the Dubliner
The location is great, was heading to a Rugby match at the Aviva and literally a 5 minute walk got us there! The bed was a little small, considering my partner is over six foot, it would be worth going for a room with a big bed! Breakfast had a great selection. Hotel was surprisingly quiet considering it was so busy, so had a great nights sleep!
The bath was a bit rusted around the plug hole, I guess just wear and tear over the years.
The food was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Very well organised for so many people staying in the hotel. Bedroom was lovely and warm. After a bad start staff sorted us out with apologies.
The bedroom is in great need of redecorating. Woodwork around the hotel needs painting. The dinning room was cold to sit in for dinner other guests sitting with their coats on.
Location, comfort, value for money and great staff! When the guy checking us in heard we were RETURN CUSTOMERS and had stayed several times before, he threw in complimentary breakfasts for the duration of our stay. Very friendly, helpful and outgoing person with great customer service skills. We'll definitely be back!
Nothing! Enjoyed our stay immensely.
Room was a great size, bed was comfy, location was great, close to lots of restaurants and bars
As a single traveller I loved the room, which was spotless & very comfortable. I was also very pleased with the parking.
My shower was difficult to regulate.
Staff were very profesional, always willing to help and to be one step ahead of the customer. I will strongly recommend it.
Breakfast service was incredible, but was dissapointed with tea/ coffee facilities in the room, very poor and to a low standard in my opinion. To conclude comfort of bed was very good, but mattress was worn, and tilting towards middle along the length of the mattress..
Your confirmation email stated that dinner was €25.and breakfast €10. However breakfast was €12.95 and dinner was €35. I thought your email would be exact.
