ovehall a nice place to stay good location
the bed was to small
The rooms were big and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is very accommodating if you experience an issue.
The air conditioning in some rooms did not work and you pay extra for air conditioning. Bus loads of tourists flock to this hotel so per pair to be surrounded. A lot of construction going on as well. Food in the bar area not the best and same goes for the staff in the bar.
EVERY THING ABOUTE THE HOTEL AND STAFF .
THAT MY REQUEST FOR ROOM CLOSER TO LOBBY
All was very good
Parking is great, however, that is only once you figure out the Puzzle
The front desk staff made me so welcome and I'd a great chat in Gaelic with Ruari. The bar staff were likewise and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in.....was like being at home
can't find any
hotel was very nice and comfortable
ordered a toasted sambo and chips and by time it came out was cold asked for replaced and was same sambo that came back I think it got the microwave
all staff were realy helpful and hotel is in a very good location
Stephan at the front desk was very helpful. He went out of his way to help me on several occasions.
I would suggest more options for food on the room service menu,
hotel itself is lovely & convenient to bus stops & amenities ie RDS
no breakfast included no complimentary wifi (its 2014!) check in staff although nice to me where quite rude/abrupt to other guests checking in
Loved the room, very spacious and comfortable. Had an Executive Twin room and was very pleasantly surprised.
Having to pay for car park as a Guest staying in Hotel.
the location the food
the temperature of the room the noise from the road, quite loud kettle didn't work, had to wait over 2 hours for it to be replaced
Wi-fi was not freely available in hotel.
Location is great, nice rooms, decent facilities and friendly staff.
Great location only 20 mins max by foot to the town centre. Some great places to eat nearby. Bedroom decor and finish was great.
Found that there were massive, shoddily-cut holes on the tiling in the bathroom. I notified reception right away and nothing was done as unfortunately nothing could be done, which leads me to believe that the management of the hotel is scattered and unorganised. We also found mould and mildew around the bath which isn't that appetising when you want to take a bath in it.
Location was convenient.
Service very poor. After calling reception 3 times in 3hrs saying the tv wasn't working a porter finally came 2 my room. He couldn't fix it & said he would be back shortly but after waiting a further 2hrs & no sign we went 2 bed.
friendly staff, comfortable surroundings food good
bar was too noisey
The runner on the bed was dirty the top of it was fine but the side faced down on the bed was really badly dirty with stains. The Toilet Roll holder was broken. The breakfast in the dinning-room there was only melon on display and we were waiting a long time for the tea maybe 20 mins, it was not busy at the time we were there 8.30am.
Location, family room was a good size.
Old, tired, grubby hotel. Shower was poor. Selection at breakfast was poor and not of great quality. Our room was on 8th floor over looking the car park, lots of noise all night. We had a 5am wake up call we hadn't requested.
great value for money friendly staff at the reception no surprises room, rate and cleanliness all in line with expectations.
only 20 mins free wifi per day
Staff were friendly, I was upgraded to a suite which I thought was very nice of them
Room was quite basic but fine for my needs
nice atmosphere in the foyer. good computers even if you have to pay somebody to help with luggage. rooms nice but beds and pillows bedclothes i.e. duvet awful
free broadband just doesn't work most of the time on more than one device. terrible selection of tv channels, didn't even have sky or BBC news.
spacious hotel quiet area and feel safe
waiting for bus into and out to town
Meal choose poor chicken dish for my wife repeat ally cool
Loved that you get to discover other parts of dublin on the walk in and out of the city.
Laura at reception was very rude. Lift very noisy. Hotel doors heavy meaning a noisy hotel.
