Mary & Dermot were the perfect hosts. Mary organised dinner reservations for us at Adare Manor as well as a taxi. Lovely and quiet. Very central to any of the tourists attractions. Ring of Kerry, Cliffs of Mohr, Blarney Castle. Everyone we met was very friendly

Bed was just a bit to small and the pillows were a it hard.

I liked everything about Ballycannon Lodge. Extremely welcoming, quiet, clean, great food. Even though I visited on a business trip I feel it is perfectly located for touring Munster, very handy for Kerry, Cork and Clare. A true gem.

The rooms were very big and the proprietor was very accommodating.

You have to travel into adare (7miles)to eat out in the evening as the 2 local pubs don't serve food. This wouldn't be a problem for most but we were on a motorcycling touring holiday, so when we arrive at our accommodation it's more preferable to be able to walk.

Very accommodating staff, happy to help with sight sighting recommendations, and to fix dinner even after the restaurant had closed.

We received a warm welcome and the room was spacious and very clean. The children had their best night's sleep here of anywhere we stayed

There is some noise from passing traffic on the road if the weather is hot and windows left open. Breakfast is not served in the Lodge itself

Though it may be a bus ride away from Adare, this B&B is very welcoming and well worth it. The owner greeted me with open arms and made sure I was comfortable. I had a very large, comfortable, clean room. Quiet surroundings and a great night sleep. I recommend this to any who are looking to stay near adare.

We originally booked this B&B just because of it's location on the map, midway between Athlone and Killarney. Well what a pleasant surprise discovering the village of Adare and Croagh ! We didn't want to leave and actually skipped Killarney as a result. Great place to stay at Ballycannon Lodge. The owners kept in communication with us while we were still at home in the States before our trip. They were so helpful with directions. Facilities were nice and comfortable

Out of town, close to Limerick and pretty villages.

WiFi came and went for no discernible reason. The management too were frustrated about it.
