Rummeligt værelse, venligt personale, lav pris Enkelte steder på hotellet var finish'en ikke på plads, selvom hotellet generelt virkede helt nybygget. |

Værelset var ulækkert, der var fede lag af støv på sengeborde og der lå hår fra tidligere gæster eller rengøringsfolk på telefonen og i sengen. Den ene skærm på sengelamperne var flået i stykker og hang halvt nede på lampen. Desuden er servicen på hotellet ret dårlig, f.eks. Bedre rengøring, bedre hensyn til at det ikke er alle folk der skal rejse tæt på eller inden 12 middag, og at man derfor måske skulle overveje at opbevare kufferter for gæster som en service og ikke som en udgift for gæsten. |

Staff were very helpful,nice area to sit and have a drink near reception. Rooms were clean and warm. |

The staff member at reception was excellent - he provides directions to the airport and as I was unfamiliar with travelling early in the morning he advised me of the best time to leave for the airport. Without his assistance I could have missed my flight as there was a very long queue at the security check. I would chose your hotel again on the basis of the excellent service at reception. It would be great if there was an iron in the room to iron shirt in the morning. An Iron is available ion most hotels now. |

Staff were great,staff memeber even gave us her shampoo and conditioner when we complained there was none in our room.Underground parking was great as the area was a bit unsafe or rough. Only 3 hand towels and one bath towel between 3 adults..in this case 3 women who needed to wash hair too so we ended up sharing towels.Also the area was very intimidating which isnt the hotels fault anyway. |

It was very close to dublin city university and was absolutly perfect for the anime cnvention that's thee in november. Also there's plenty of shops just across from the hotel that sell all the essentials for surviving an anime convention. It would have been nice had there been some kind of shampoo/shower gel thing in the bathroom. That's all |

Very clean, convenient to m50, dcu, Airport etc..... Could be a better selection of food in the restaurant - alot of burgers, pizza & chips etc..... |

The staff were great very polite and helpful. Rooms were spotless and great value for money. There is a bus outside the hotel every 10 mins which takes you into the city centre only 1.60 euro. This was ideal for our visit as my wife and i were up to watch the irish match at croke park only 10 mins away. The bar and grub were closed too early. |

Bedsrooms were very clean and comfortable, tea and coffee making facility, Breakfast was good. Receptionist extremely helpful and had execellent English, she was Polish. |

room is fine. near tesco and other supermarket smell smok in the room. to far to city (20min, 1.6 euro by bus) and airport (15 euro by taxi). charged internet (6 euro/hour) |

The staff were friendly the hotel was clean and value for money. It was very cold in the reception area and people were allowed to stand in the doorway with both automatic doors open and letting the cold in. Also there was an argument with a member of the public on our arrival who was very intimidating we could not check in immediately and were forced to stay in the seating area until a staff changeover. When we did get to check in the man was still there shouting and roaring and I had 2 children (6 yr old and a Special needs teenager) although the staff member did give me a key to bring them into the lift area and advised me there was a vending machine there, I had €1 and could get them a bar between them. I thought at the very least we should have got some compensation even a treat for the kids!! |

The food in the restaurant was excellent and good value for money. Ex staff rowing at reception on arrival if I hadn't stayed before; this would have put me off! Very cold in the restaurant due to the doors opening & closing; smokers going in and out all the time - might be better to provide a smoking room. |

The hotel is new and modern with clean rooms and excellent staff who went out of their way to help us any way they could. There is also a park and fly service available that is very reasonable. |

Very nice large room, comfy bed, bathroom clean, but the light flickered, which was annoying. As it was late and we were only staying one night, it didn't seem worth reporting. A restaurant was available in the hotel, which was handy, but... ...the food was quite expensive for nothing very exciting. |

Its a nice hotel, nice entrance area, spacious reception with seating area and a computer with lots of useful information. We found it difficult getting to this area of Dublin on public transport. We asked at the airport if there was a bus service, but was told we would need to get a taxi, this cost 20 euros! also its not an area to go walking about in the dark. We saw horses wondering around on the streets...yes really!! We chose this hotel because we needed to be at the airport at 5am for an early flight and thought the hotel was near the airport, but its not. Knowing what I know now, I would have paid the extra 40 euros (we had to pay for taxis) and stayed somewhere alot closer to the airport. |
