Clean hotel with good parking facilities. Staff lovely, very friendly and helpful. Large and comfortable room. Location (dodgy area), noise from room next door (paper walls) although this was promptly sorted out by the very helpful night porter. Breakfast mediocre and overpriced.

The rooms were very clean. The hotel was near the airport which was what I was looking for. The staff was very efficient and friendly. The neighborhood was a little questionable. I was pleased that the parking area was secure. This was the first place on the trip that I had some concerns about the neighborhood I was staying in.

The location is convenient for me as I have a daughter who stays in the Student Village a few hundred yards away. The location is quite remote from Dublin City Centre and taxis can be costly.

MY check in was dealt with efficiently and quickly. The cleaning ladies were wonderfully helpful and very competent. The kettle made a hissing noise if left plugged in. There was no remote for the TV. Very noisy at night and felt unsafe stepping outside the door!

The hotel did ring to see were we coming as we were driving into the car park! Nice service! Very friendly Manager! We were put in 2 rooms beside each other. A 3 and a 2 booking for family of 5 adults much appreciated. Good parking facilities. This hotel was chosen for room only and value due to an early drive to Dublin airport before breakfast next am. A "Take away" next door is a great addition for hungry guests. The accommodation was basic even for a "travel lodge" hotel. The kettle in room booked for 2 persons did not work and was not replaced despite a request to reception. Luckily we had 2 rooms booked! The iron press was dismantled and sitting on the floor in the same room. I felt there were No attention to these details!

Charged for everything, even WiFi, then only one device could be used for WiFi connection. Had to pay to use the computer and even then it didn't print. Ended up printing behind the counter at the office. Wake up call was a stranger knocking on our door at 5:00am. ???
