The hotel is new and modern with clean rooms and excellent staff who went out of their way to help us any way they could. There is also a park and fly service available that is very reasonable. |

Very nice large room, comfy bed, bathroom clean, but the light flickered, which was annoying. As it was late and we were only staying one night, it didn't seem worth reporting. A restaurant was available in the hotel, which was handy, but... ...the food was quite expensive for nothing very exciting. |

Its a nice hotel, nice entrance area, spacious reception with seating area and a computer with lots of useful information. We found it difficult getting to this area of Dublin on public transport. We asked at the airport if there was a bus service, but was told we would need to get a taxi, this cost 20 euros! also its not an area to go walking about in the dark. We saw horses wondering around on the streets...yes really!! We chose this hotel because we needed to be at the airport at 5am for an early flight and thought the hotel was near the airport, but its not. Knowing what I know now, I would have paid the extra 40 euros (we had to pay for taxis) and stayed somewhere alot closer to the airport. |

The fantastic staff - they made our stay here in ireland so relaxing, comfortable and enjoyabe. We did not leave the hotel for 3 days.. The waiters and chefs could not do enough to help and prepare foods that were not on their menus. With out a doubt, one of the best places I have stayed in!! Johanna (reception) Cleber n Alex (waiters)ROCK! No not really everything was grand! |

Atmosphere in the restraunt and seating area very cold and clinical, background music and ambient lighting would greatly improve the dining experience. |

That it was easy to get to/from Airport also was within easy driving distance to visit relatives From the front was ok, but not exactly scenic at the back, also some guests had no respect for others banging their doors in the early hours and shouting in the corridors |

Staff lovely, room clean and comfortable but the environment around the hotel is very impoverished - we witnessed wild children riding past us (front door of hotel) bare back on horses, very socially deprived conditions of the flats behind the hotel and a youth beathing a dog to death in front of the shop across the road from hotel! This was deeply shocking. The hotel should appeal to the local authorities to improve the living conditions of the local people, especially the youth and women with children. No evidence of police anywhere while the above events I described were happening!! Very sad. |

Hotel has been recently opened. It has comfortable, specious rooms, some of them has its own balcony. Excellent value. Location- from city-center of Dublin it takes around 20 minutes, no shouttle bus to the airport- only taxi which cost approx 10 euro. |
