Kummallista etta hotelli on lentokentta hotelli, vailla minkaanlaista kuljetuspalvelua yms.

Hotelli oli uusi ja siisti. Aulabaarissa tarjolla pikkupurtavaa. Suhteellisen helppo kulkuyhteys bussilla suoraan keskustaan hotellin edustalta. Hotelli on hyvä automatkailijalle, sillä siinä on suojattu parkkitila ja se sijaitsee aika lyhyen ajomatkan päässä lentoasemalta.

Ystävällinen ja nopoea palvelu ilman häslinkiä.

huone oli todella siisti ja henkilökunta mukavaa. hotelli oli todellakin vastinetta rahoille, sillä sitä ei ollut hinnalla pilattu ja hotelli oli todella hyvä.

hotellivalinta oli täydellinen tarpeisiimme, matkustelimme bussilla ympäri kaupunkia joten vaikka matkaa keskustasta hieman oli niin se ei haitannut.

Hotelli uusi mutta suihkuhuoneessa erittäin voimakas kosteuden/homeen haju

Staff were very helpful,nice area to sit and have a drink near reception. Rooms were clean and warm.

The staff member at reception was excellent - he provides directions to the airport and as I was unfamiliar with travelling early in the morning he advised me of the best time to leave for the airport. Without his assistance I could have missed my flight as there was a very long queue at the security check. I would chose your hotel again on the basis of the excellent service at reception.

It would be great if there was an iron in the room to iron shirt in the morning. An Iron is available ion most hotels now.

It was very close to dublin city university and was absolutly perfect for the anime cnvention that's thee in november. Also there's plenty of shops just across from the hotel that sell all the essentials for surviving an anime convention.

It would have been nice had there been some kind of shampoo/shower gel thing in the bathroom. That's all

The staff were great very polite and helpful. Rooms were spotless and great value for money. There is a bus outside the hotel every 10 mins which takes you into the city centre only 1.60 euro. This was ideal for our visit as my wife and i were up to watch the irish match at croke park only 10 mins away.

The bar and grub were closed too early.

room is fine. near tesco and other supermarket

smell smok in the room. to far to city (20min, 1.6 euro by bus) and airport (15 euro by taxi). charged internet (6 euro/hour)

The staff were friendly the hotel was clean and value for money.

It was very cold in the reception area and people were allowed to stand in the doorway with both automatic doors open and letting the cold in. Also there was an argument with a member of the public on our arrival who was very intimidating we could not check in immediately and were forced to stay in the seating area until a staff changeover. When we did get to check in the man was still there shouting and roaring and I had 2 children (6 yr old and a Special needs teenager) although the staff member did give me a key to bring them into the lift area and advised me there was a vending machine there, I had €1 and could get them a bar between them. I thought at the very least we should have got some compensation even a treat for the kids!!
