- Just a few minutes from o'connell Street,no need to take bus/tram to get to the center. - Great value for money. - Really nice staff - We had a last-minute setback and we cancelled one of the double rooms the same day and they did not charge anything, we really appreciated.

- No stairs, but for us it was not a problem because we did not have a heavy luggage.

Central location and quite room.

Room was cold, bed had only one thin duvet, no top sheets and absolutely no blankets, so cold I could not sleep, room was old and badly in need of renovation, no hot water in shower, could not get an Irish channel on tv, altogether a disappointing experience, would not stay in this Hotel again.

Great location and reasonable cost.Decor is a little dated and worn but premises is clean.Staff helpful and friendly.

It was shabby, no lift, the TV didn't work, the shower was cold and the beakfast was tasteless and greasy. During the night I was woken by running in the corridor, I was surpised by the four bouncers at the hotel door when I returned at night.

low price, nice staff, good location near the city centre! However, wifi is only available on the ground floor...

For the price paid, Barry's Hotel went far and above. The staff was wonderful, and the location is fantastic. A fantastic choice for a hotel.

The bar downstairs tends to get very loud on weekend nights.

Bed was comfortable, thats about it.

One member of the staff (a foreign male receptionist) was the worst receptionist I've every come across. The area is very very rough. Fights outside every night night, blood outside the hotel doors in the morning, roaring and shouting until 4am every morning. Not a policeman in sight so all hell breaks loose every night. Do Not Stay Here.

I won't ever go back, it was noisy and uncomfortable. Staff was unprofessional and inefficient.

I always assumed in winter one would have heating in ones room !! After being moved once the staff couldn't be less bothered a out the heating being off ! Very poor

The hotel is freezing and the bar was freezing as well on the the coldest few days we have had so far. The remote control for the tv in our room didnt work the kettle was faulty you had to plug out the tv to use it and fiddle around with the wire to get it to work very dangerous / the bathroom lock on the door was dodgy also. Lock on the room door wasnt great either . I didnt enjoy my stay all was very disappointed with the whole experience . My wife complained about the kettle and the man in reception was rude when he came up to the room to look at the kettle. I would like a reply to this survey as i will no that ye read it
