The staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and the location quite beautiful. The food was not as good as it could have been; the Blarney Golf Resort gave us a far better meal. The coffee I had at breakfast was quite the worst coffee I have ever paid for: at this level the coffee should be fresh and not a cheap supermarket instant variety

This was my favorite hotel out of our 2 week stay in Ireland. Great location and it was nice to relax at the end of the day in the hotels bar and enjoy a pint of guiness. Make sure that you do the cliff walk! It was our favorite memory from our trip.

Literally, everything. This was the best of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip. Quiet, very comfortable, wonderful people, fabulous food, and a great value- not expensive. The only thing I could possibly think of would be the slight moldy smell in the elevator- but that's it

I liked th "Old Wordly " feel of the hotel. The rooms were spacious & very clean & also the furniture was nice. The view was beautiful, particularly of the Lighthouse. Only a minor one....when checking out & making further enquiries re staying again,... I took a newspaper which I thought was free. I was asked by the receptionist to pay for it...no problem paying for it but I thought it was a bit small minded of her...or maybe that's hotel poilcy?

The Bayview Hotel is in a most spectacular location and is absolutely ideal for a complete getaway from it all. The town of Ballycotton, the cliffs and walks around the hotel and the hotel itself are in a different world of total peace and quiet. H The hotel room was not very well laid out, with extra furniture which was really only in the way, but everything else was fine.

The location had wonderful views and cliff walks which were good for birdwatching. The gardens were beautifully kept. Staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Food was a little fussy - less complicated would be an improvement I think.

We were in Ireland to visit our daughter who had just undergone brain surgery and lived in the locality. We thought that the Bayveiw Hotel provided all we needed for our stay. Thank you for all your kindness to us. We will certainly stay again if we visit that area of Ireland

Superb views. Friendly staff. Quiet and characterful location. Lack of sufficiant car parking means cars were parked in front of hotel. When sitting in bar/restaurant seeing the stunning view would have been better than a bmw 3 series and vauxhall magnum!

A great hotel with a view from most of the rooms. The hotel is close to a nice village. The staff were very friendly and helpful and did everything to make the stay pleasant. We had problems with our car, and the staff did a lot to help us! The hotel had a lot of atmosphere, and the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the hotel and the area a lot! It's actually not easy to find the hotel. We drove on small, bumpy roads for a long time, and even managed to get a spike in one of our wheels, but we found the hotel, and was pleased to find a great place to stay.
