Everything! Everything! Everything!
We stayed just for one night, unfortunately!
Host very helpful and friendly, views each morning beautiful.
Location is phenomenal
Lovely B and B with a great view! Owners were really welcoming and helpful.
- fantastic setting - excellent breakfast - Very friend & helpful owners - a beautiful peaceful part of Ireland. - This is probably the best B&B I ever stayed in.
this B&B has no negatives
More servicing of room
Very quiet location, directly at the bay. Wonderful breakfast and very nice owners/hosts.
Quality breakfast Nice contact with owners / Irish hospitality Location is wonderful! Splendid room: very comfortable!
Friendly welcome from hostess. Beautiful boutique style room in cottage, with sea view. Wild location where Atlantic waves roll into a small bay.
No choice of menu at breakfast.
Firstly, the amazing view of the beach about 100yards away! Next , our room was modern and well equipped.we only asked for double room but had family suite for the same price. breakfast was very good
Not enough time there, only had one night
You couldn't ask for a better location with the beach right out the front door. I also loved the solitude and quiet, and this area of the Inveragh Peninsula is not nearly as crowded as the Ring of Kerry. This place is a hidden gem, and I would definitely stay here again.
Can't think of a thing other than we had to pay cash, so just be prepared for that.
Great to sleep to the sounds of the ocean opposite.well presented room with good decor.
I had requested soya milk for breakfast. On arrival I was advised that I should have brought my own which I would have done if they had emailed me to say that this could not be provided. I also asked them to book us a boat trip from Ballinskelligs to the Skelligs. On arrival we were advised she could book us on a Portmagee boat which we had just passed through 20mins before getting to the B&B, hence if we had known this we would had stayed in Portmagee in the first place. please be aware there are no restaurants in Ballinskelligs so as the B&B prefers you to check in before 6pm,if you then want to eat an evening meal out you will need to drive back to Portmagee or to Waterville 30mins a wayi. The other direction. It would be better if they allowed a later check in so you don't have to go out again. At breakfast we were not given any options except for the full Irish although we saw other guests with pancakes etc.
Beachcove right on the edge of St. Finan's Bay is a beautiful place--it's got the monopoly for the area, but it still delivers top-notch food, rooms because the hosts so obviously care. We chose to trek from Portmagee over the hills to reach the B&B and never regretted the effort--gorgeous countryside, waking to sounds of the gentle surf on the beach close by. Lovely!
What a great location you can't beat it. Jack and Birdie do a great job. Great breakfest!! You can't miss with this place!!! Very comfortable.....you need to book it!!!
All was good!!!
Excellent place to stay. Owners very friendly. Accomodation very comfortable. Breakfast choices and quality very good.
Great location for touring the Ring of Kerry and the Skellig Ring. Bridie is a great host and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly!
I loved that I could sit by the window in our room and see the surf rolling in and hear it at night as we were going to sleep. Bridie was very friendly and helpful with making arrangements to enjoy the sights. Would definitely stay here again.
We loved it! Beautiful view from our room and just across a small frontage road and you are on the beach!
Thank you for the wonderful stay and thanks to Jack for the great support and special tips.
If other guests have breakfast the room smells like if you were in the middle of the kitchen.
Great location, but off the beaten track so make sure that's what your looking for
No cash machine close and no credit card facilities for payment
Favorite spot of the whole trip. So lovely with a secluded beach to stroll on and amazing scenic area. Great breakfast.
Everything was awesome.
very nice location, warm host, great beds (had a nice sleep), nice breakfast. Well, everything was good. *Heating was little slow to pickup.
Brydie was an excellent host. She made us feel welcome right from the start, and her B&B was beautiful. We fell asleep to the waves crashing on the beach. It was perfect. The breakfast was great! I would def recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the Ring of Kerry. Our original plan was to to a Skellig Michael tour, but it was closed until April. So, needless to say, it is a great location if you are planning on doing the Skellig Michael tour.
Bridie was an excellent host; her breakfasts were superb and the accommodation was exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend this B&B; it sits in a location to die for, just 25 yards from a sandy cove with the Atlantic waves to lull you to sleep.
