Set amongst beautiful gardens and greenery, Beaufort Lodge features spacious, light rooms with scenic views. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of breakfasts, and Killarney can be reached in 10 minutes by car. With natural wood floors, each room includes a private bathroom and free Wi-Fi access. There is a TV in each room, and free tea and coffee. Some rooms boast views over the Gap of Dunloe, and others have countryside views. Breakfast is served in the bright and rustic dining room. Breakfasts include cooked full Irish breakfasts, Irish cheddar cheese, and Irish porridge. Guests can also enjoy fresh fruit and a continental selection. Free parking is provided, and the lodge is located on The Ring of Kerry, one of Ireland’s most famous walking trails. This is the best B&B you can get in Ireland! Hidden in the green of the Beaufort village you'll find this fantastic white Irish house. It is heavenly calm for city-dwellers like me. The beautiful Gap of Dunloe is only a stone's throw away if you go by car and at most 20 minutes if you walk. The famous Ring of Kerry starts only 1 kilometer from this B&B. Both the Dingle peninsula and the Beara peninsula are not far away if you go by car. Killarney is not far too and has at least three very good and yet affordable restaurants. 200 meters from the B&B, the Beaufort village has a good restaurant to offer. Here you can drink all sorts of whisky (though the restaurant is not always open) The rooms of the B&B are spacious, white and extremely clean and tidy. The owners make you feel at home totally. They are the kindest B&B-owners I have ever met in the ~15 countries of North-America, Europe, Africa and Asia that I have seen so far. The owners welcome you in a very warm manner every morning. Their breakfast is outstanding. Various menus can be chosen including the 'early bird' breakfast (omelette) or full Irish (including black pudding). There is also home-made marmelade, all sorts of bread including soda bread, cornflakes, fresh juice, and fruit. In addition to English, the owners also speak German and a bit French. Furthermore, they are willing to provide you with a lot of information about the environment (which beaches you should visit when you do the ring of Kerry, where you have a chance to spot dolphins, how to get to the cliffs of Moher in county Clare. They also recommended Dursey Island off the coast of Beara Peninsula, it was great!). Last but not least - at least not for Dutch people - the price is a bargain. So, discover this real gem. Note that you can trust me. I do not own stocks, this is the honest opinion of an independent and experienced traveller

Great attention to detail and lovely setting. Clearly a loved cottage and absolutely spotless. Comfortable, homely, warm. Ideally located for touring the wet of Ireland. I intend to return.

Very friendly hosts, knew the area and were able to make good recommendations for dinner, etc. Bella came out to greet us upon arrival and saw us off when we left. Wonderful Jaunty ride up the road at Gap of Dunloe Breakfast was great The rooms were very clean The beds were way too comfortable and warm in the morning.

We booked for two nights, extended our stay, and then went back. Ulrike's and JJ's hospitality is extraordinary. The room was great, the breakfasts superb and, for us, the location was ideal - peaceful but close to the National Park, the Gap of Dunloe and Carrauntoohil. Of all the B&Bs we stayed in, this was the best. Very strongly recommended.

Our host Ulrika was very charming and accomodating, we would stay there again. Very tasty breakfast in lovely surroundings. Beds very comfortable and over all design of lodge and garden layout was very calming and relaxing.

чисто, опрятно 1. &Quot;коттедж" - по факту часть дома с перекрытым проходом в основное здание. 2. (!!!) НЕ принимают к оплате карты - налик, PayPal, перевод... сюрпрайзз... 3. Кровать двуспальная - достаточно узкая для двоих, с учетом 2х достаточно объемных односпальных оделял - не удобная. 4. Напора в душе НЕТ совсем. Девушкам с пышными волосами придется туго. 5. В ванной холодно. 6. Есть принадлежности для сушки одежды - но нет ни стиральной машины, ни банально тазика где постирать. 7. Рыба там "персона нон грата". 8. На 4 дня, на 3х... выделили 1 рулон... :((( пришлось докупать самим. Ну а дальше, субьективные ощущения: по всему дому развешаны объявления "в нашем доме не готовят рыбу(!!!)... даже консервы нельзя", "в нашем доме нельзя пользоваться автозагаром", "оставляйте окна открытыми", ... Когда передавали залог - несколько раз услышали "если все нормально будет, все вернем" и слишком долгий "инструктаж" по заселении... видимо все это и побудило написать предыдущие аж 8 пунктов, неприятно и совсем не уютно там жилось...

J'ai apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse de ce jeune couple. Le calme et le confort de la chambre. Le meilleur lit de tout notre séjour. Le déjeuner copieux et raffiné avec des produits bio (organic food). Bien situé à 15 minutes de voiture de Killarney.

Hele vriendelijke ontvangst van Duitse eigenaresse. Schone grote kamer. Bed and Breakfast heeft een mooie tuin met een fijn terras en een eigen parkeerplaats. Het ligt vlakbij de Gap of Dunloe. Heerlijk ontbijt. Diner in Kate Kearney's Cottage (tip van de eigenaresse). Heel lekker, niet duur en met ierse muziek.

Squeak-clean cottage in a quiet location. Close to Killarney and mountain walks. Reasonably spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen (save washing machine), good value. Unexpected "damage" deposit. Upfront payment via paypal or cash (no credit cards - beware). Unnecessarily bright lights throughout. Fish lovers and body tan users should avoid this hotel.

Die Lage super; Familie Seifert total feundlich und hilfsbereit; sehr guter Pub mit Live Musik und super , preiswerten Essen mit Auto 5 Min; 20 Minuten zum Flughafen Kerry; liegt zentral für die 3 Ringstaßen zu besuchen. Wir kommen wieder.
