Staff was excellent - very accommodating, very hospitable Place was spotless - conveniently located to get in and out of Cobh They immediately offered to convert two twins to a king size bed - lots of extra effort was appreciated Chinese restaurant on site was not good The advertisements for the self-catering apartment we were in was misleading - there was no view of the harbor from our apartment (#2) We had LOTS of problem with the wi-fi in our room and nothing was resolved about it during our weeklong stay It would be helpful to note that you can make two twins into a king size bed There were not enough utensils and plates

Location was grand! View of the bay out our windows. Walked to city center. Emile was very friendly & helpful. Restaurant is spicy chinese. Really missing good seafood here at the port.

The apartment was beautiful so clean and nice size. The view was gorgeous and had a lovely balcony to sit out on. I loved the fact I could control the heating myself and everything was working. The staff were all so friendly and welcomed us with a smile. Catherine, the receptionist is a treasure to the hotel. I would highly recommend these apartments and I will definitely be visiting the bellavista hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were really friendly. The 2-bedroom apartment was superb as we didn't have to share a room with our 4 year old. When we go back we will probably stay there again.

The location was excellent for visiting a lot of the fimily attractions like Fota island, Spike island and Trabolgan. It was good value and clean. We had a two bedroom Appartment away from the hotel on the sea front and this suited our family. There are plenty of good resteraunts for the family in Cobh, right on your door step. As we were not in a Appartment on the hotel grounds, parking in the town center was a problem as you need to pay for this. You can park your car at the hotel and walk up and down between both but the hill is quiet steep. If it is raining the walk is also a problem. To avoid the walking with young children or buggys you should request an Appartment on the hotel grounds.

Equipement insufisant, le menage n'a pas etait fait avant notre arrivee et le lavabo de la salle de bains etait bouche alors que le prix de la chambre avait ete paye un mois a l'avance. C'est dommage car le principe de l'apart hotel est interessant. Je ne conseille pas le Bella Vista.

Our apartment, Cathedral View, had a large balcony overlooking Cobhs wonderful harbour, was spacious and clean. The kitchen was functional even though we didn't use it as there were plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. It was a great base to visit the places of history in Cobh. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Have no trouble in recommending Bella Vista Self Catering Apartments. If you don't need an apartment, Bella Vista also has hotel rooms.

I liked d location and the junior staff were polite and helpful. The facilities in the suite where I stayed were also good. I found d receptionist to be helpful but had an insincere and condescending attitude. As a result I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

Nous avions loué un appartement avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Les lits sont très grands et très confortables. Le logement était très propre. Le chauffage fonctionnait très bien, car les nuits étaient fraîches.. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre ville tout près du port à pied . Nous avions une place de parking gratuite ce qui est très appréciable à cet endroit. Il faut 30 minutes à voiture pour se rendre à l'aéroport de Cork. La réception 24h/24 nous a permis de partir très tôt. L'appartement donnait sur un muret et une petite cour. Il était assez sombre même si toutes les pièces avaient de grandes fenêtres. Il n'y avait pas de lave-linge ni de lave -vaisselle. La connection wifi était lente.

App. 4 has a great view: the town, the harbour and the sea all from your window. Very friendly staff. Great location, so sorry we had only one night there.
