The house is beautiful and staff is considerate. The location is a little terrible for the tourists with large luggage. And the design and decoration of room is out of date.

Staff were friendly and obliging, room and en-suite were both large and comfortable. Too noisy in the morning, hoovering and talking loudly outside my door from 8am was a nuisance after a late night.

The location, the room was very particular and comfortable and had a wonderful view of the sea and the cathedral. The breakfast service. While we were having breakfast the waitress was removing food from the table without even asking if we wanted anything else.

Very pleasantly surprised that that 4-berth room I'd booked was actually a two twin-bedroomed suite with living room and kitchen. And the staff were all really friendly - proper Irish!

Convenient to visit friends in the area. Suited our budget requirements There was no blanket on our bed or in the room - late September in Ireland, it is necessary. I was dreaming about blankets and even had to put my coat over the bed to keep warm. Wanted a hot shower in the morning to warm up but it was scalding hot couldn't use it. Told staff but they where only partly interested - still on the phone to another customer !
