We would have to say the breakfast was exceptional, and thank you for the tray on Friday morning. With not being drivers the hotel was some distance from the city centre although we did walk this on a couple of occasins which took approx 40-45 min. Bus service could be improved. |

Comfortable room , comfortable bed, excellent breakfast 20-30 minutes walk from city centre. Better to have your own transport as bus service isn't great. Limited selection of TV channels |

The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was very tastey and fresh and the room was spacious and comfortable. I could hear the people next door. To be fair though, I do not know whether they were very loud people or the walls were a bit thin. |

I arrived very late and tired: glad to receive a warm welcome and a comfortable bed. An excellent breakfast had me set up for the next day ahead. |

The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and helpful. there was a bad smell in the room when I arrived, however, by closing the bathroom door, the window was already open, it had gone by the time I returned to the room 6 hours later. |

i only stayed one night but the staff were lovely and i only used the room to sleep... that it was not really a hotel but a b&b but a nice one at that |

Tea/coffee facilities in room & breakfast were good. Staff were pleasant. Good parking space. It's not a 10min walk to town as told, 30 mins @ medium pace. Situated on busy dual carriagway. Our room was not tidied/cleaned/ beds made for the 3 day, 2 nite stay.No reception as such.Few staff cover all roles. Overpriced b & b - paid the same rates for a 4* international hotel in Dublin city. |

The hotel was clean, comfortable and reasonably quite location. breakfast was exelant. There was no receptionist and we had to wait some time for the door bell to be answered |

Large room. Very comfortable for three people and with tea making facilities in the room. Nice decor and reasonable bathroom tho shower strength needed improving. Great breakfast. |

The back garden was really beautiful, as was the front parlor. My room had a sliding glass door leading out to the garden. The coffee was horrible!!!! It was completely disgusting and undrinkable. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to make a good cup of coffee and I think that an accommodation that offers breakfast should have a decent cup of coffee available. I specified in my special needs instructions that I only ate fresh raw fruit in the morning, a large quantity of it. The bowl of fruit that was out on the buffet table was small and uninteresting. I could have ate the whole thing but didn't feel that I could. Everyone else was scarfing down a full Irish breakfast and I went hungry. |

Liked the breakfast which was hearty and plentiful. The room was chilly the evening my family and I arrived during a rainstorm. The room was chilly and although the proprietor brought on an electric heater the room was hard to heat up. |
