We were made welcome from the outset, and offered baggage deposit in advance of booking in, handy when arriving early in the morning. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The were proud of their country, and convinced us that we needed to return to Ireland- and yes we will minor point. we contacted the hotel after depature as we had left a necklace in the room. Assured by the man that we would recieve a phonecall afer a room check- we waited, and are still waiting!! |

We shopped til we dropped, went to the cinema and went out drinking. We went to the comedy night held there on the Sunday very good. It's a shame the hotel bar is a pub next door as it closes early. |

The hotel itself was comfortable.Very handy for the main shopping and tourist areas. Good price. When we checked in we were given a key to a room that hadn't been cleaned. It was quickly rectified by staff though. |

Breakfast was ok - but croissants were in short supply & English breakfast was a bit light - E.g no gaelic options such as porridge or kippers. A typical Irish (potato) breakfast would have been welcome. Continental cold meats, hams & cheeses also missing. Address is misleading - hotel is only near Parnell Square and not in Great Denmark Street as listed - it is actually in Gardiner ?? Even local Irish friends could not easily find hotel location or phone number listed. Not even any temporary street parking. No nearby stop for airport bus service - had to hike from Gresham. Room 310 very noisy all night - presumably noise from air conditioning fans & pumps on adjacent roof. Staff unable to answer simple Dublin questions E.g "q - what's that huge spire called?" A - the Millenium Spire! Daft coupons for breakfast. |

The location was excellant and the staff were great. The heat in the rooms and the corridors was unbearable. We had to open the window to get some air in but the noise outside was loud during the morning. |

The room was much smaller than anticipated and it had just been painted judging by the overpowering smell. There was paint spillage on the carpet The bed base was larger than the mattress which was probably to big for the room. Overall, although clean, very basic. The smallest TV I've come across. The smell of paint. The size of room for a double. |

Central, quiet location. Very good transport links to and from the airport and city close to the hotel. Our room was not made up after the 1st night, and the fresh towels were left outside the door. When we got back after a long day of excellent sightseeing, this was disappointing. |

The location is good due to be 5 min walk from city centre. You have towels, shower gel and shampoo provided, tv, kettle and a safe-deposit box to leave you values. They provide you with some tea bags, coffee, milk and sugar. You can leave the bags there after the check out, although they did not charge you might pay if you leave after 16h00. The room is basically the size of the bed and furniture is horrible, although the bed is quite comfortable. Go to this hotel only if you want to save money and if you want the bedroom only to sleep like we did. Breakfast is very expensive for what you get, but you can find several supermarkets 2 min walk and save loads of money - instead 11 euros each one at the hotel you spend 6 for both. |
