The location is handy for shopping trip
Very dusty Head board of the bed covered in previous guest hair, disgusting really Dark dingy rooms (nothing like on pics) dirty/dusty heaters, where the towels are placed on.
Location was great, really cosy hotel with friendly staff.
Clean spacious room on 1st floor
Steps down into the room
Staff were very friendly and efficient.Room was lovely and warm on arrival. Was going to a concert so was not back in hotel until late.Breakfast was good, fruit, juices cereals and the full irish.Signs up saying gluten free bread, cereals available on request which i thought was good.
Came up the stairs, very old and a bit shabby.Overall the hotel does a good job.
Quite quiet corner in the centre of Dublin. Staff were friendly despite the abysmal quality of the hotel they had to work in.
Disgusting smell from the carpets and toilets; complaining didn't fix because the filth is in the DNA. Pathetic breakfast; sausage smelled like cow dung. Scrampled eggs were made of that eggy flour you get these days. Sad! Used the good restaurants around for the next days. Damp rooms and terrible windows.
Great postion, walking distance to most of the sights. Early check in given after a long flight. Spacious room. Very clean
Room was serviced very late in the day.
Everything about the hotel was brilliant will definitely stay here again
Hotel was very clean and staff excellent would definetly recommend to anyone and great value..
Nothing wrong everything excellent...
Location is very good, the room was very spacious& warm.
Items in the vending machine are expensive!
Cleaner cleaned room everyday
Some staff could be a bit friendlier
Checkout time of 12pm is very good.
Most of the staff was very friendly.
- a one star hotel at best. - beds were so bad, I considered sleeping on the floor. - heating is just enough for people to not be able to say 'there's no heating'. - the rooms look NOTHING like the pictures (totally false advertising). - felt completely duped by staying there.
I liked the availability at a very good price. I liked the convenience of being near the Gate Theatre and the city centre. It was a welcome return visit for me as I stayed there before
Nothing really. Choice of breakfast would be a bonus - e.g. just tea and toast rather than a 10Euro flat fee.
Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst exploring Dublin. It was within walking distance to the main high street, yet tucked away so you couldn't hear the noise. Got 4 beds even though there was 2 of us! Room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Great value for money!
The hairdryer in our room didn't work, yet I had seen this in a previous room so took my own anyway. Also the orange juice at breakfast was very weak, so had to go for water instead.
Location close to the hop on hop off bus and in good walking distance to town. Quiet location.
Was charged more that my traveling companions being a solo guest for the same room and even with paying for three breakfasts each (one vs. two). I got no response to my e-mail addressing this issue. However, they did address the issue wherein my credit card was charged an extra $200, which was finally taken off my card. The room was not very clean. Cleaning was only superficial. I returned clothes from a former guest that was left behind. Had multiple problems with the TV and remote that was never addressed.
Breakfast was lovely and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially Mark :)
spacious room.all you need prpvided.
We ask for rooms next to each cos we had 2 , and was no problem to get it , nice staff , very nice polish girl on reception , we had really good time

The location of this hotel is perfect if you want to be in the City centre but not (too close) if you know what I mean. The wifi was good, never let us down. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it is a clean and tidy hotel.
Was expecting a little more for the buck. Our room didn't really look anything like the picture that I seen while booking.. The furniture was quite dated. I couldn't find any ironing facilities which was stated.
Staff very unfriendly
This stay was great. After reading reviews I was a bit sceptical. The wifi was excellent so I was able to stay in and work. Staff was very accommodating and helped solve the issues I had with the room keys one of which didn't work. I stayed in room 204 which was very spacious. I was allowed to check in early and was allocated this room as my originally allocated room wasn't yet ready. They understood how tired I was and was very accommodating.
Room v warm and staff friendly
Stay here a lot, great value for money & location is fantastic always recommend to friends.
Breakfast isn't great, not bad, but not great.
The location for me was perfect and, most important quiet. The breakfast had variety though the eggs didn't have any flavor . very helpful staff
I thought the Irish music night was a bit long and the acoustics were not good for the voices.
