Very dull atmosphere smell of paint fumes in room window wouldn't open proply asked for ice at reception said they had none and a bar in the hotel Wouldn't stay again
Liked everything except for the heat in the room, was like a sauna, apart from dat is was very nice
The heat in the room
Hotel was clean and friendly.
As a resident not be able to get tickets to the live show.
Pleasant stay, close to city centre and kind staff.
Pillows way too hard. There were 4 single beds in my room and all pillows were very hard and made the sleep uncomfortable.
After having a good experience and a nice room on my first visit I decided to re-book. I was very disappointed with the room and the shower didn't even work! The room itself was quite grubby, very large but with a tiny bathroom. The boards under the carpet creaked as you walked and I could also hear this from the room next door from 6am onwards. I wasn't asked upon leaving if everything was ok so I didn't bother complaining about the shower as it's not as if it would have done any good at that stage.
Very friendly helpful staff. Couldn't do enough to help us. Breakfast was lovely with a fab coffee machine. Close to city Center. What more could you need
The coach tours at breakfast so many at one time.
Breakfast wasn't great
Excellent staff, location and value for money
Size of the rooms, location, free WiFi, breakfast was good, friendly staff. Left luggage facility
Staff were great help Rooms were comfortable and clean
I got to Dublin at 10 am and availed of their baggage service with no problems then checked in later after the work day. I spent three nights. Every day my room was cleaned and fresh towels replaced. Very satisfied. This is my hotel of choice anytime I have to travel to Dublin on business.
Perfect Location...2min walk to the airport shuttle, Great breakfast, and very friendly staff. Very clean and spacious room
Beds were comfortable, staff were pleasant.
Bathroom was very dated, rooms were too warm (no air-con), the signal on the TV was appalling (like digital tv never existed!) and the location isn't great (unless you are headed to Croke Park, in which case it is. I was not).
There was 11 of us and you could not fault it the staff were friendly ,we stayed for 2 nights had rooms with four beds, comfy and clean.
Nothing at all !!!
Helpful staff and comfortable nights sleep.
No refreshments during the day. Poor quality food and Luke warm drink at breakfast, Only used once because of this. Chilly in the bar at night, had to put my coat on.
A good selection for breakfast. Very clean with helpful waiters. Also the bedroom was very clean and comfortable. I have recommended the hotel to friends and family.
The reception area was a bit dowdy
The location is quite good: you are within two minutes in the main shopping street, within another 15 at Grafton Street and Trinity College. You can easily catch a bus from O'Connell Street that takes you further afield. The hotel is relatively quiet and clean, the rooms rather spacious.
The double bed is really small - opt for two beds. The building is badly insulated, so that you will need a second duvet to stay warm. The breakfast buffet is okay, but not something you would want to pay extra for. In the room you get the impression that some furniture must be missing.
Staff wer great and lovely warm room with great wifi....definetly recommend to anyone
parking 2.90 per hour.... Expensive
Very close to oconnel street, hotel staff friendly and room was decent for a short stay. Mid day check out and black out curtains for a good sleep after a late night :)
Room carpet was stained, cobwebs on wall/ceiling, little grubby. Our room was at the top of the stairway so the door hit our room wall every time stairs where used.
clean rooms fresh beds good and friendly staff
bar closes way to early for residents staying at hotel compared to other hotels, especially if you are there for an event and you get back to the hotel at a late time
My Wife and I stayed for one night along with our 15 year old and 13 year old daughters for a trip to see Elf The Musical. The city centre was less than 5 minutes walk and the theatre about 20 minutes walk. The Hotel was perfect for what we we after, excellant value, clean and a large Family room.
No complaints at all and would use this Hotel again
The bed was great and the bathroom was a great size
The radiator in our room needed bled and it made a persistent banging noise which culminated in louder banging noises thus hindering our sleep
Very good location, good shows in their pub and quite good breakfast.
Room number looked different from photos provided by hotel (room nuber 306). It was smaller and older than it should be. The exaust fan in the bathroom works very loud. And they need to fix a toilet flush because when when you use it, it can wake up all the neighbours with its loud hellish noises.
Great hotel, great location 5-10 min walk to centre of Dublin but plenty of shops and bars on the way, arrived at 10am and room was ready brill service. Decent size room on second floor with free wifi, breakfeast included which was faultless set you up for the day! Defo stay here again and would recommend.
Nothing bad to say had great stay and great weekend.
location room bed and staff all good
