Excellent location. A few minutes walk to Grafton Street. Only about 10-15 min walk to Temple Bar -area or The River Liffey. Very friendly staff. Quite many steps to our room and no lift. Large nice room overlooking the Stephens Green -park. Perhaps a bit pricy but all in all a great place to stay.

Location is perfect for a visit to the centre of Dublin. The ambience is very relaxing. Food is wonderful.

Ideal location in central Dublin, cosy atmosphere and very friendly staff. The breakfast was very good (fresh products, nice room).

The bathroom was a bit old (separate taps for cold and warm water) and there was no toilet brush, but everything was functional.

Excellent food only problem was the size of the room a lot smaller than what we expected otherwise an excellent address in Dublin city.

Location is perfect, the dining and food quality is excellent and the actual building itself is fantastic, not modern and perfect but older and full of character. Too many hotels try to be like chain hotels but The Cliff has the right mix of old world meets a bit of luxury. Many people might say it needs a lick of paint here or there but an old building like this is never going to look like a new build and nor should it. It's like stepping into somewhere familiar and feeling at home, really great place to stay, much better than more expensive places i've stayed in.

If you are elderly you may not like the stairs, but if you are mobile the walk up them only makes the bedroom even more appealing.

We liked the ambience of the Hotel in general - it was very relaxed/comfortable! We loved the breakfasts and our waitress was very welcoming, friendly and profesional! We will highly recommend the Hotel to friends and family!

The building and the location were perfect for our stay.

I missed the point about buffet breakfast until 8am, I had to leave before 8am.

Kesinlikle her bakımdan çok güzel ve konforlu bir otel. Dublin'e tekrar gidersek mutlaka yine orada kalırım. Personel mükemmel, sabah kahvaltısı az rastlanacak derecede iyi. Kesinlikle öneririm, memnun olmama şansınız olmaz.

Vooral de setting en het huis. Het opgediende ontbijt mocht er ook best zijn.

We logeerden aan de straatkant en logischer wijze was er nogal veel straatlawaai te horen, gezien er dus geen isolerend glas was, wat echter logisch is gezien dit een zeer oud huis waar stedebouwkundig wsl niet veel aan mag veranderd worden. Onze vrienden hadden een identieke kamer aan de achterkant die dat probleem dan weer niet had. Ook mochten er wel wat meer verlichting in de kamer zijn, wat dan ook het geval was voor de kamer van onze vrienden

Très bien place au cœur d un quartier animé mais au calme. Très belle maison victorienne avec un intérieur cosy et un personnel attentionné et souriant. Ne pas rater l Irish breakfast Inoubliable !

The staff at the Cliff Townhouse were very welcoming and helpful.

I didn't think the room was worth 175 euro. It was very noisy and dated.
