The central location was good, right across from the bus station. Easy to get to the airport in the AM. Clean hotel, friendly staff.
Our room overlooked the bus station so it was on the noisy side. Not a big deal though.
That it was central, Room was spacious airy and light.
Nothing to dislike!!!
It was all that we needed for the one night stay. Clean, friendly staff, comfy bed, spacious room, lots to eat at breakfast.
Position to centre town
No parking available....
The room was pretty big, decent breakfast.
No room service, might not be good for people who don't like noise of trains, but didn't bother me
Having to stand outside the hotel on the pavement to enjoy a cigarette and being observed by everyone at the bus station & taxi rank :/
The location was good and helpful staff
Travelled from Donegal for appointment in Beaumont Hospital and hotel is located round the corner from Eden Quay from where the bus leaves for the hospital. Also very handy for Bus Aras.
The carpet in the bedroom was stained
Close to city centre
Right next to railway station , bus station and tram station , room that noisy sleep impossible . Would never recommend this hotel to anyone . Absolutely awful
Central location. If you are a business user this is an excellent hotel. As it is so close to rail, bus, and city centre
Noise from rail, bus and commuters in early morning. Not go for holiday makers but excellent for business.
Friendly staff, good location for walking into Dublin and main attractions. Secure Car Park where you can leave the car and close to good public transport to explore the city, without the hassle of driving.
Bathrooms clean but a little dated.
Only thing i liked was tge cleanliness
Rooms very dated was like something from a haunted house, shower was like drips of water no power, no wifi from room, breaskfast was rotten bacon was a grey colour and fruit was like tinned fruit, definitely would not stay again unless rooms were refurbed and just wouldnt have breakfast
very nice and clean accommodation right near the train and bus station. Just a short 5 minute walk to the centre of town.
wasnt much in the breakfast range.
The hotel is in a convenient location for access to ground transportation as well as walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Standard amenities and a friendly staff.
Problems with hot water each morning. We were sent to another room for our showers as there was no hot water in ours. The room we were sent to was filthy and appeared to be the communal shower room for other guests.
I had to pay before seeing the room with good reason.I had to drag a heavy suitcase up and down several staircases through what seemed like an endless maze - no porter to help. At 22.00 there was no food available. The room was beside the kitchens - very noisy.
Staff helpful and friendly Wonderful Irish breakfasts Location excellent Value for money
No fridge in room
Hotel was basic, but located across from Bus Station and Police station, so very loud.
Lovely comfortable room very clean very helpful staff nice food
Store street Garda station very busy at night and if u are a smoker you have to stand outside front door I had to get a doorman to come out with me
In my first room two windows of three were broken I was not able to close it. Staff reacted very quickly and my room has been changed however in the second one there was no warm water..... Finally I've got a fair discount but I don't have a good memories from Beresford hotel.
breakfast not included in price
So close to bus and train Opposite in fact. No noise from them though. Staff great and helpful. Everything good. Breakfast good too.
The room was super hot and there was no apparent way to lower the temp.
the room was a bit noisy traffic wise .would ask for a quiet room next time
Only problem we had was the noise of the traffic outside a back room when staying next time would be good
It was my second stay here and I wasn't impressed with the bedroom we had on this occasion. It was very out dated and the heating would not work. Although this wasnt a big issue as we were only staying 1 night. Could hear every noise from the room around us. This wasn't the case when I stayed here during the summer so I guess it all depends on what room you have
