Everywhere was in walking distance from the hotel, or there was transport just outside the hotel.Bus station, taxis and trams which went about every 10 minutes. The hotel was all you could wish for, the staff were all willing to help and nothing was to much trouble
Great location. Only a 5-10 minute walk to Temple Bar.
The room was located at the back of the hotel, looking out on to a rail line. The noice from the trains was too loud and disruptive.
Too close to bus station very noisy and the floorboards creak excessively when anyone walks past your room
Location perfect. Desk Staff courteous and helpful. Room excellent. Bed, very comfortable and clean. Had not planned to have breakfast but decided at the last minute to do so. Extensive choice and the hot food was excellent, all for €9.00.
For what I needed it was perfect. Close to the IFSC and about 50 metres from the main Bus Terminal. No issues at all.
Location, friendly staff.
Television wasn't working.
Great location with good food and comfortable rooms
The TV did not work and was told it was a problem affecting all other TVs but they seemed to be working just fine!
Just about everything. Lovely staff on reception. Room was comfortable and loved the huge bathroon. Had a really nice stay here and it was great value for money.
Being so close to Connolly station once the trains started! Obviously, that's not the hotel's fault but be prepared for being awoken by loud train noise!
Restaurant setting is very good. Food is top notch. Service was quick. Rooms were spotless. Great location to the point theatre. Would go back again.
Room 211 ,,avoid it as you may as well sleep in HOUSTON STATION , The tram runs every few mins outside your bedroom . Stops at 12am and resume at 7pm, very hard to get a sleep thete .would advise hotel to get double glaze windows.
Good location for train and city centre. Staff very helpful and friendly.
No fridge in room, Carpets a bit dated, telly v small in room
Location is excellent for city shopping and the Point. Also access to public transport is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful and the Restaurant has a very good dinner menu and is excellent value for money. Breakfast is also very good and efficiently organised.
While our room was adequate it was also small and the one fault was that only one lamp served as a reading light for the twin beds.
location, bar very nice; staff excellent
tv in room did not work but was immediately fixed when brought to staff attention; tv stations very poor reception and not enough of them; breakfast was a bit scattered; food not ready in time at 10.30am
Perfect location next to main bus station. 10 mins walk away from it all.
Bed was amazing,it is very reasonably priced for its great location and warm atmosphere and nicely decorated lobby. Nice bathroom, Lovely curtains in room and all spotlessly clean. I almost forgot the pillows were excellent one firm and one fluffy and soft great to have a choice. Highly recommend.
The location, the value for money, the breakfast, excellent shower
No parking on site
Luxury bedroom Everything was clean Good staff
Very noisy (lot of noise from inside AND outside) No bath, only showers Old equipments in the room
We stayed here recently and had a fantastic time very clean, friendly staff, great location, excellent value for money, will definitely stay here again and would recommend. We had a late flight home hotel kept our bags safely until ready to go at no extra cost.
Under five minute walk to O'Connell st. Just across the road from busaras After checking out, bags were stored at reception so we weren't carrying them around.
Great location in terms of walking distance but literally in front of train station. A bit dodgy area otherwise great if you dont have children and not looking for scenery.
Location in pic didn't reflect its infront of train station. A bit dodgy area.
Dart trains very noisy
room was like a hostel not hotel, food, could be cleaner
Good location, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.
the comfort and convenience of hotel. the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast was very good but perhaps! porridge could be included as a good start to a cold day in Dublin. As requested, we were given a quite room and this made a difference.
it is only a small thing but I would have liked a rubber mat for the bath but maybe there was a reason why one had to ring reception to request one
Location Price Food Comfort Very pleasant stay and would recommend to friends . We will come back .
Windows need double glazing Ceiling needed painted Curtain pole fixing tidied up
the three gentleman at the reception desk where exceptionally helpful location just in front of bus station with connections to all Irish cities
