Location was great. Restaurant was very good. Got a lovely evening meal. Bed and pillows very comfortable.
Creaky floor boards.
Odor of food all around the hotel
Location was perfect , staff were great , job well done :-)
The location was handy.
The smell of cooking oil, chips etc as you entered the hotel. I didn't like having to deal with a beggar at the dart pick up or watch the homeless people sleep outside the hotel. It was overpriced. I'm not interested in returning.
comfort heating friendly staff
price we paid should have included break fast no mention of discount for over 70s
Location x rooms x breakfast
Nothing no complaints x
Great location, lovely clean modern hotel and good value too
Perfect central location. No effort to get to. 5 minute walk from O'Connel Bridge / The Needle. Luas and Central Dublin bus station (Busaras) outside the door. Would definitely stay again.
Dated bathrooms. Kitchen cooking smell at breakfast throughout hotel. No ice maker/ access to ice bucket. Bar in the hotel will to help with glasses of ice. No room service for food / drinks.
The hotel is slightly of the center and this probably make the surrounding more quiet than otherwise. The WiFi was easy to login to however not encrypted. We had a nice breakfast which was cheap compared to many other hotels. Our room included a safe and had ironing possibilities.
If you arrive to the hotel from the wrong direction the surrounding are not so nice.
location, close to city centre; good value for money
the hotel has seen better days already
The breakfast was exelant value for money
The shower on the wall was broken and fell off, after telling the staff no attempt was taken to fix the shower & we had to hold the shower head up by hand
Excellent location,staff helpful and cheerful
water was slightly cold
Everything, location, staff attention, menu had lots of choice, food was very good. Rooms cleaned every day and towels replaced. If you want a really good deal then this is the location for you, just a stone's throw from the heart of the city.
A good hotel, with large rooms, excellent breakfast and great staff, also has a very good bar area.
On arrival there is no where to park for unloading and check-in. They advertise car parking on site but, when I asked they said there was no space available. The hotel restaurant is not the best, nor the worst but there are much better places to eat not too far from the hotel.
Very welcoming and accomodating by staff on arrival. Restaurant has lovely decor and meals to fit all requirements, very enjoyable.
Breakfast not included in price
Rooms were good, breakfast good, service good. Overall a decent hotel with good central location, easy access to buses, Luas (trams) and taxis. 10-15 minutes walk from main shopping area
Roadworks at 1 a.m. outside the hotel, although to be fair this was outside of the hotel's control as it seems this is quite common in Dublin.
Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, perfect location
Great Value Clean Location Food Staff Free WiFi Bus Station and Train Station outside the door
Wifi Connection wasnt very stable but could have just been my room Lack of Channels on the TV but not an issue enough to ruin my stay
Parking was available and easy to access. Location was great. Hotel a bit dated, but staff and food more than made up for this.
loved how convenient it was to the 3arena as we went to lee evans, and also how close to the main shopping areas,
Friendly hotel, warm welcome. Rooms were very comfortable although quite basic but very clean and great value for a budget stay. Only 2 minutes walk from Connolly Street station and close to the main centre and the 3 Arena (15 mins walk)
For the money I can't think of anything.
Location was okay Breakfast was okay Allowed us to check-in our bags for early check-in/late check-out
Check-in staff (lady) was not very pleasant. No loner power adapters. We were in rooms 104 and 105, the wooden floor from the rooms above creeked everytime someone walked,....all night long. The rooms were cold, (son's room had a portable heater to heat the entire room). Tile floors were very cold, especially in the bathroom. The rain outside had stronger water pressure than the shower. Expect the shower curtain to stick to you while taking a shower (space is small). The television was a joke (my laptop had a larger screen). Had to play hide-n-seek to find the hair dryer.
Excellent location very clean and tidy
give the breakfast a miss.... very basic standard.
Rooms were clean
Looks a lot better on the outside from the photos online got a bit of a shock
Location was excellent, staff was courteous and friendly.
Hotel appeared dingy and dark inside.
