Perfect location if you travel by bus. Breakfast was good and nice staff
The bar food was finished when I landed at 10 pm
cleanliness, value, friendly.
the beggars around front of hotel
The staff were friendly and the breakfast, which did cost extra, was well worth it!
Location: is bit of a walk into Canterbury centre.
Location and cleanliness of rooms and bathroom. Also the Compassionate staff
Sounds of trains passing were bearable for a heavy sleeper.
The fact that it's a stone throw from everything including shopping and all forms of transport and nightlife.
Nothing to complain about apart from adding a gym facility
Location and availability
The TV and room safe were not functional and little effort made to resolve same.
The location, staff and general surroundings were perfect as was the breakfast and snacks in the bar. The room was great and comfortable for our short stay, good value for money.
The bathrooms were a little dated and the view from the room not great but no complaints as it is only a 3 star.
High standard of service from the reception, breakfast waitng, kitchen and housekeeping staff. Execllent breakfast buffet. Quiet hotel well situated. Tram and Airport shuttle just outside.
Poor internet connection. Bath towel too small. Need more choices of tv and radio Channels
The hotel was handy to travel station, clean and tidy the staff were very helpful and pleasant
I got a room service for a taxi in the middle of the night witch I didnt ordrer
Great breakfast, friendly staff
Noise from the Luas and road.
nice and large room and bathroom, nice breakfast.
very noisy (bus station just across the street, tram line in front of the building), small and crowded breakfast area, people had to wait to be seated, poor and complicated wifi connection
The hotel is across the street from the bus terminal where the airport shuttle stops, and the train station is just behind that. You are 15 minutes from Temple Bar and the Writers Museum by foot. The breakfast room is also a pleasant surprise (and breakfast itself was good).
The street is not particularly noisy. When you are standing outside, it's fine. The problem is that the single-paned windows have wood-on-wood frames that don't even close properly, so there is zero protection from the sound (not to mention drafts). The hotel is fine once you realize that, according to the Economist, Dublin was the most expensive city in Europe (2015). You pay seven euros for a small sandwich with a side order of potato chips (crisps).
The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was perfect for what we needed and the bed was comfortable. We didn't have breakfast.
We thought it was a bit expensive considering breakfast wasn't included.
A comfortable and well located hotel. If you are arriving by bus or by train into Connolly station then only one or two minutes away. The staff were very friendly.
Wifi works, but could be better.... Kept having to reconnect which wasn't the quickest.
We loved the location and the two male receptionists were lovely! Room was very nice and close to the shops! Good value for the room!
check out is at 12 but our room number was rang at 11:20 to ask us to leave soon and rushed out by cleaning staff knocking on the door at 11:45 as they "had to get the room ready"! If they don't have time to do it then check out should be made earlier! Being rushed is not relaxing! Did not enjoy the fry at breakfast!
Helpful staff, great value , and clean big room!
Friendly helpful staff. great breakfast. comfortable bed and room. easily accessible room.one member looked up a bus- timetable and printed the page for us.
we couldn't say anything negative.
Comfortable room and clean environment.
Train/Tram traffic noise; Slightly cramped space in bedroom; lighting not very good
Bus from airport drops you about 200 yards from the hotel and when you get the bus back its across the road. 15 mins walk from the centre and the Temple Bar.
Very handy location for transport and city centre . Lovely staff and facilities great .
Noisy with the various vehicles but really should be expected due to location
Location and price
The walking dead at the Luas stop. Not the fault of the hotel but Store St station should do more.
Great location, with respect to city centre and bus stop for airport. Breakfast is very good.
Noisy hotel, tv noise from other guests rooms, bathrooms require up dating.
Good location, spacious room, comfy bed. Big bathroom.
