reception staff were excellent. We could not do the check in our flight back before we came and a lovely man at the reception let us do it at the hotel.all the staff were friendly and helpful at the beresford hotel. We were recommended this hotel by a friend. So pleased we went to it .
good location. good bar and breakfast room. friendly staff.
room was very warm even though the radiators were off.
location.Perfect when travelling on luas rail system as it stopped practically outside the hotel.Easy walk to 3arena and main shopping streets.
Lack of a car park on site or adjacent to building.
Location Friendly staff Room spacious and comfortable Room was quiet - if had been at front of hotel there may have been traffic noise
Needs a face lift facilities were poor car park not available had to poo ark a good distance away would not go back.
Right across from bus station to Belfast and other Ireland cities. 10 minutes walk to downtown.
facilities are fair.
Interior of hotel was good - the selection available for breakfast was excellent.
Easy access for the city.
Not easy for vehicle parking or access
Location Food Restaurant Service
Very little sound proof between rooms
It was conveniently located to where we took some day trips from which was just around the corner.
Our room was facing on to a bus station and was extremely noisy all night. The heat in the room was up so high and we had no control over it so we had to open a window, making the noise worse.
The central location was good, right across from the bus station. Easy to get to the airport in the AM. Clean hotel, friendly staff.
Our room overlooked the bus station so it was on the noisy side. Not a big deal though.
Very expensive for what we got- prices were massively bumped up because of the All Ireland hurling final which is very unfair. Room wasn't great. Two single beds when a double room was booked.
That it was central, Room was spacious airy and light.
Nothing to dislike!!!
Very close to luas for 3 arena. Room was very basic but clean.
Not worth the 160 euro price for a double room not including breakfast. Very old and basic decor. Lots of stairs up and down levels to get to room.
It was all that we needed for the one night stay. Clean, friendly staff, comfy bed, spacious room, lots to eat at breakfast.
Comfortable room and beds. Friendly welcome. Good choice at buffet breakfast. They'll mind your bags after checkout with reassuring tkt system. Right opposite Busaras (main bus station) and Garda (police) station.
Kitschest restaurant in Ireland. Designed to make Hobbits feel at home. Sausages and rashers average quality. Zero sound insulation in rooms (luckily neighbours turned the telly off early). Be sure to ask for rooms on same level as lifts if you have mobility problems as there's a hotch potch of wee stairs.
Position to centre town
No parking available....
The room was pretty big, decent breakfast.
No room service, might not be good for people who don't like noise of trains, but didn't bother me
Having to stand outside the hotel on the pavement to enjoy a cigarette and being observed by everyone at the bus station & taxi rank :/
The location was good and helpful staff
Travelled from Donegal for appointment in Beaumont Hospital and hotel is located round the corner from Eden Quay from where the bus leaves for the hospital. Also very handy for Bus Aras.
The carpet in the bedroom was stained
Close to city centre
Right next to railway station , bus station and tram station , room that noisy sleep impossible . Would never recommend this hotel to anyone . Absolutely awful
Central location. If you are a business user this is an excellent hotel. As it is so close to rail, bus, and city centre
Noise from rail, bus and commuters in early morning. Not go for holiday makers but excellent for business.
