We had a lovely room - very spacious, clean and co fortable. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a good location for shopping and sightseeing. We were going to a concert at the 3Arena and it was only a 20 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is close to Conolly Station and is on the Luas line. Our room was at the back of the hotel so there was noise from the Luas, Dart and traffic. A room at the front of the hotel might be a bit quieter.
Location, Friendly Staff, Hearty Breakfast with great choice. Excellent Bar Food
Breakfast could be served to 10.30 am maybe??!
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great breakfast and great location.
The Wifi did not work properly for me. Especially as I was main to renew my pass on a daily basis.
The location is good, and the staff is nice and considerate
Taking into account the price per night, we expected to get a better room, although after requesting a change they gave us a larger and better room the first room had a boiler room literally next door (the actual door to the boiler was in the room) so at 5am it started sounding pretty loud, so this room was definitely not appropriate, besides, very little water came out of the shower the following room was way better, but we were very suprised to find such a room had to use a portable heater, just didn´t make since Overall the change requested and the service was goof
Our room was nicer than the public areas, which weren't that special. Good location for city centre.
Front of house were very helpful and remembered us from a previous visit. There was no problem leaving bags until very late in the evening for collection.
Bar shut very early for a Sat night in Dublin
Centrally located for trams, shops, Dart
Despite the snow and wind and the fact that the radiator was not the room was like a sauna.
Close to everything and Staff were very helpfull, Breakfast was buffett style with a good choice.
A bit drab and rooms whilst adequate were a bit small. 12" TV high on wall seemed a bit strange. Bar area was OK but closed and had to sit in lobby to get a drink. Restuarant was by far the best bit of the hotel.
Staff very friendly and helpful
Don't take a car to this hotel! No parking any where near, also we had the room at the very back of the hotel, like climbing Mount Everest to our room, the bar toilets need a code that can be very frustrating. Didn't enjoy my stay it just seemed to get worse
Most of it...barring the very comfy bed
The service from the staff was excellent. The restaurant was lovely and the food great. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful value for money. Good bar and plenty of places to sit.
The only bad bit was it was opposite the bus station and there was a lot of street noise. The rooms could do with updating quite badly but it was clean and I would stay again.
exellent facilities at this hotel friendly and helpfull staff lovely resturant hotel foyar pleasent and relaxing
Perfect location if you travel by bus. Breakfast was good and nice staff
The bar food was finished when I landed at 10 pm
cleanliness, value, friendly.
the beggars around front of hotel
Centrally located in Dublin with regular bus transfer to the airport within 50m. Excellent breakfast selection and quality.
New carpeting would enhance the hotel's appearance and comfort.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast, which did cost extra, was well worth it!
Location: is bit of a walk into Canterbury centre.
Location and cleanliness of rooms and bathroom. Also the Compassionate staff
Sounds of trains passing were bearable for a heavy sleeper.
The fact that it's a stone throw from everything including shopping and all forms of transport and nightlife.
Nothing to complain about apart from adding a gym facility
Location and availability
The TV and room safe were not functional and little effort made to resolve same.
The location, staff and general surroundings were perfect as was the breakfast and snacks in the bar. The room was great and comfortable for our short stay, good value for money.
The bathrooms were a little dated and the view from the room not great but no complaints as it is only a 3 star.
High standard of service from the reception, breakfast waitng, kitchen and housekeeping staff. Execllent breakfast buffet. Quiet hotel well situated. Tram and Airport shuttle just outside.
Poor internet connection. Bath towel too small. Need more choices of tv and radio Channels
The hotel was handy to travel station, clean and tidy the staff were very helpful and pleasant
I got a room service for a taxi in the middle of the night witch I didnt ordrer
Great breakfast, friendly staff
Noise from the Luas and road.
