we were in room105 and were kept awake until nearly two in the morning with people swearing and shouting below us in the bar. I tried to make a complaint but was ignored by the duty manager who actually disputed my claim although the party were still roaoing in the bar. The night porter at least acknowledged me and tried to pacify the crowd and move them. Then all the noise began again at six in the morning with more shouting and swearing, so we checked out at seven o clock or shortly after. My wife deals with terminally ill patients and was sitting an exam in Milford House Hospice which mis why I wanted to come the day before so shecould be well rested. No chance. Also my I phone was stolen from the car park across the road so the whole trip was a disaster. You understand that I will make sure nobody i know will ever stay at your hotel again. |

The best thing that can be said is that it has a convenient city centre location This hotel is very basic, the bedrooms are very small , the "double bed" was tiny and generally the entire hotel whilst reasonably clean was very basic. |

The late bar was handy and the quiet location of our room in the hotel was appreciated. The reception staff were friendly. The view from our room was very dull. |

Excellent service and very handy location. Walls were a bit thin so we could hear the person in the room next to us snoring. |

It was close to the city and train station The hotel room wasnt properly cleaned.. there was a pack of sweets in one of the drawers... Not impressed.. The rest seemed clean though. The bed was also quite small.. Ive stayed in other hotels with larger double beds and spacier rooms.. |

Comfortable and spacious room. Welcoming staff. Good, though not outstanding, breakfast. The condition of the hotel suggested that the present owners had carried out some refurbishment work on taking it over, but several parts of the fabric internally are "tired" and in need of renewal and redecoration. |

Simple check-in procedure. Efficient staff. Even though there was a wedding in the hotel the night of my stay, I wasn't distrubed by any music. Double room is very compact - not very comfortable. Parking passes were still being issued by the receptionish even though there was no spaces available in the carpark (admittedly, the carpark is offsite, but the reception staff should be able to track how many passes they have issued each morning). |

Huge room, (lots of floor space), additional lighting, room and hotel were both very clean, the entertainment at night was great fun and in the general the place had a very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The glasses were dirty at breakfast and some of the hot food was cold. |

The room was small and the view wasn't at all plesent overlooked back of houses where yards were full with rubbish. Would never stay in this hotel again. Was very noisy inside and out. |
