We only stayed at the Best Western for one night but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly, it was great value for money, and a very central location. The hotel also provided secure private parking. I would have no problem recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Location is very central and was very comfortable, The toilets near the reception area were filthy which is not a good impression to give to fisrt time visitors. Also while not a criticism of the hotel directly, the spanish transalation of the emergency evacuation instructions were very poorly written (many mistakes) which gives a very unprofessional impression.

Car parking and when something went wrong they sorted it. booked 2 nights - on the 2nd day I returned to the hotel to find a 'do not disturb' sign outside my door - also my key would not work, when I went to reception they had let my room, strange as my clothes etc were still in the room (or so I thought) - apologies big mix up etc after getting another room it took some time for them to find my luggage, so it was lucky I was not in a hurry. This having been said the lady on reception was really apologetic and helpful.

The friendly staff The free nearby car park The location The price Rooms were shabby, corridors were shabby and smelly. The only plus points are those I made above. Actually, the foyer and bar are not bad. But apart from these points, this hotel needs a major makeover. A lick of paint is badly needed and new, fresh linen. I've seen better linen in hostels.

Great location with friendly staff. Rooms were a great size. Plenty free parking in a locked carpark. Nice hotel but double bed is tiny, breakfast was buffet style with loads to chose from but was sitting in warmer for hours by look and taste of it. Lift broke while there so had to climb 3 floors for our room which was ok as I 37 but what if I was 77. heating in rooms off during night so got cool then when it came on about 5 am it kept banging the pipe work so I kept waking up.. Overall a nice hotel but just needs a bit of wake up its self.

“The customer service from the decated staff. The food was excellent at night and the breakfest was first class. Shirley is well worth her salery, give her a raise !!! The bed didn't feel as though we were the 1000 couple to sleep in it. The over all cleanliness was great. The Polish receptionest was almost 'Irish' in her welcome and warmth. We will stay again , please God.” John, Westport |
