BEST WESTERN Pery's Hotel  

Smell of damp through out the 1st floor I stayed on,Room not cleaned just had a wipe over, room noise from room above.I will say I had booked this hotel for a future stay which was cancelled due to the above on doing so the hotel were given notice by booking.com with this the hotel contacted me by phone, but I missed the call. I hope they will try again. I use Booking.com alot And this is frist time a hotel has contacted me with a reffance to a cancellation or conplaint

Every thing fine. Parking was secure and locked up and was nearby, but not on the premises.

Excellent location, both to city centre, train/bus station and The White House pub. Friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff, made us feel very welcome. Very comfortable local atmosphere in public areas.

Great location with friendly staff. Rooms were a great size. Plenty free parking in a locked carpark.

Nice hotel but double bed is tiny, breakfast was buffet style with loads to chose from but was sitting in warmer for hours by look and taste of it. Lift broke while there so had to climb 3 floors for our room which was ok as I 37 but what if I was 77. heating in rooms off during night so got cool then when it came on about 5 am it kept banging the pipe work so I kept waking up.. Overall a nice hotel but just needs a bit of wake up its self.

Great location, reception Staff were very helpful. The bar staff were quick and also friendly and I liked the smoking area. The parking was also very convenient.

The buffet style breakfast is a great idea but we got down to the restaurant at nearly 10.30 and the wasn't much left. This was on the morning of a munster match, there were no sausages or hash browns left. We sat near the buffet and saw people after us get no eggs or beans either. The full breakfast menu should be available until the specified ending time. There is also a rancid smell on the first floor corridor. When walking to our room we both thought it might not be safe to stay there, there was also water marks coming down the walls that presumed to be sewage, judging by the smell. The room was better but the smell was still noticeable and we couldn't really get comfortable there with it. I could not stay more than 1 night with the smell!!!

The staff were really nice and friendly and very helpful. Emma at reception was very helpful and nothing was any trouble.Rooms very clean and comfortable. Car parking was close by and free. Breakfast was great, all you can eat.

The night barman was, for residents, very unhelpful and bordering on rude.

Perfect and central location to see the delights of Limerick.This hotel has the happiest and most helpful anybody could wish for.
