I liked the friendly ladies at reception. They were the first and last connection with your hotel so it made our stay that bit more special. I didnt like the smell on some of the hallways. I stayed on level 3 and had to pass a few doors and experienced a dampish musty smell along with walls a little dirty. |

Location was excellent for our needs -couldn't fault it on that - tremendous having car parking facilities. Our one moan was the temperature of the cooked food. Invariably it was only luke warm |

The cooked breakfast food was very poorly presented. Looked like it had been sitting around for hours. |

Front desk staff when we checked in was excellent, very helpful and asked how trip was etc. Room excellent, clean and comfortable. Parking was a bit of an issue - limited amount of spaces when we arrived meant we had to use a car park until a space became availible |

I visited for the Munster v Treviso Rugby match arriving by train from Dublin. This was my first time in Limerick. The hotel was convenient for both the station and the rugby stadium and perfectly placed for socialising in the City afterwards. The staff were friendly and polite and I will have no hesitation in booking at this hotel on my next rugby visit |

The location was fantastic. Two minutes walk from train station and about 3 to 3 minutes from city centre. Would stay there again A minor gripe. It was a bit confusing trying to find your room after a night on the tiles due to the make up of the hotel and extensions and not just after a night out. We got lost coming out of our room also and struggled to find the lift. |

The location was great and within walking distance to all places of interest. Parking (free) was available. The receptionist, Laura , was very friendly and always smiling- great lady!. The breakfast was good enough and overall highly recommended. |

that the staff seemed to take a personal, rather than just a professional, interest in you. |

The atmosphere made one feel welcome. The room I was allocated, 305, was beside the heating/air conditioning outside and it was like an aircraft taking off during the night. As a result I suffered disturbed nights. Such a shame as it spoilt what would have been a perfect experience. Also very noisy on Friday night at 2am-4am due to other guests going to bed and shouting in corridor. |

I found a cheap deal. It is conveniently situated near the train and bus station in the city centre. Could not sleep until 2 am Friday and Sat because of the terrible noise coming from birthday parties downstairs (I was on the top floor, far away from the party hall!). I asked for a solution and was not helped, they just shrugged. On Thursday the neighbour started shouting angrily at his wife, and the porter did stop him. I asked to print my train ticket from my laptop and was told I had to use their computer at a fee. No fridge in the room. The elevator quit working two days out of four, causing a queue of elderly people trying to go down the stairs with their luggage and canes. There are at least 10 very heavy fire doors on every floor and you have to go through all of them with your luggage, etc. Other clients had problems: parking cars |

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was big and comfortable enough. No major complaints, just an average hotel, a place to sleep. No major complaints. |

Very welcoming and for price paid excellent value for money. Free car park across street and within 200 metres of railway/bus station. City Centre location. Noise from a function in Ballroom could have been an issue for someone going to bed early. |
