Gezellige week-end avonden met live muziek. Ontspannen sfeertje. Kamer 222 ligt aan einde van gangenstelsel met 5 branddeuren tussen lift en kamer. Muffe geur in gangen. Alleen lift mogelijk om snel naar receptie te komen. Via trappen lijkt het een doolhof. |

Parkeergelegenheid is first come, first serve... Kan al vol zijn als je wat later aankomt. Wij waren er van zaterdag op zondag in dan mag je gelukkig overal in de stad vrij parkeren in de vakken. Kamer was verder heel basic. |

klantgericht, behulpzaam, lekkere douche, goede ligging t.o.v. centrum en bus, internet, koffie/thee op kamer we hadden gevraagd om handdoeken (waren afwezig), deze zouden z.s.m. gebracht worden. Duurde echter lang, dus toen zelf in actie gekomen. |

Roken op kamer , op 1 kamer was een 2 persoonsbed en een 1 persoonsbed waardoor mijn dochter ook kon blijven slapen terwijl ze in Ierland woont. Was erg gezellig. Er was geen toiletborstel op badkamer. Stof op de overgordijnen. Veren in matras waren voelbaar, waardoor uitslapen niet echt ging. |

I liked the friendly ladies at reception. They were the first and last connection with your hotel so it made our stay that bit more special. I didnt like the smell on some of the hallways. I stayed on level 3 and had to pass a few doors and experienced a dampish musty smell along with walls a little dirty. |

Location was excellent for our needs -couldn't fault it on that - tremendous having car parking facilities. Our one moan was the temperature of the cooked food. Invariably it was only luke warm |

a brilliant and lovely hotel to stay in . staff were excellent. especially the female receptionist who was on duty saturday morning went out of her way to be so helpfull. top marks .definitely i will be back |

i liked the staff and the food was great and the hotel is beautiful there was no spare towels in the room,and i asked for a smoking room there was no ashtray |

the staff were very nive and pleasent... well i had to run out a mouse from my room and the beds were very uncomfortable that i now have very bad neck pain.. i did not complain to the staff about the above as i am not one for complaining dont see what i would have gotten from it |

Front desk staff when we checked in was excellent, very helpful and asked how trip was etc. Room excellent, clean and comfortable. Parking was a bit of an issue - limited amount of spaces when we arrived meant we had to use a car park until a space became availible |

I visited for the Munster v Treviso Rugby match arriving by train from Dublin. This was my first time in Limerick. The hotel was convenient for both the station and the rugby stadium and perfectly placed for socialising in the City afterwards. The staff were friendly and polite and I will have no hesitation in booking at this hotel on my next rugby visit |

The location was fantastic. Two minutes walk from train station and about 3 to 3 minutes from city centre. Would stay there again A minor gripe. It was a bit confusing trying to find your room after a night on the tiles due to the make up of the hotel and extensions and not just after a night out. We got lost coming out of our room also and struggled to find the lift. |

The location was great and within walking distance to all places of interest. Parking (free) was available. The receptionist, Laura , was very friendly and always smiling- great lady!. The breakfast was good enough and overall highly recommended. |

The atmosphere made one feel welcome. The room I was allocated, 305, was beside the heating/air conditioning outside and it was like an aircraft taking off during the night. As a result I suffered disturbed nights. Such a shame as it spoilt what would have been a perfect experience. Also very noisy on Friday night at 2am-4am due to other guests going to bed and shouting in corridor. |
