Reception staff and bar staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and quiet. Hotel has no parking.

Hotel was ok but other guests on our floor were badly behaved.Bus load of women and girls staying for a girls night out kept us awake all night continually banging doors and yelling and walking passed our room all night.We asked them several times to please keep noise down to no avail.We eventually rang reception but don't no if any attempt was made to control situation.

Excellent location once you got your bearings, I was a little apprehensive after reading previous reviews about noise and cleanliness but had the best nights sleep in a clean room. Even though the weekend was busy with the Riverfest and a rugby match, I was well rested for the Great Limerick Run. Just a small thing - but maybe decent size mugs in the rooms would be good!

Very convenient for the city centre. Full facilities in the room. As to be expected in the cuty centre, there was a lot of noise from outsiude, binmen etc all evening, revellers in the early hours and deliveries from 0600. Some parts of the hotel are ready for refurbishment.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The rooms were very comfortable and very well maintained. The restaurant was also very nice. I think maybe some of the breakfast tables should have been set up for more than just two people. There was 3 of us sitting at one square table. Maybe put a few tables together for 3 or 4 people. Also the breakfast buffet was a little sparse. Once something was gone it was not replaced. Maybe you could widen the selection, add some croissants, danishes, muffins, some ham, cheeses, salami and some bread rolls. That would be quite nice. Scones were really nice though! (Actually for €5 it is already very good value).

It's close to the city. The bedroom was bathroom was very large so plenty of space. Hotel offered underground parking across the road. I stayed Fri and Sat but was possible to find public road parking spot around corner if wanted. Seems more a like a 2 star or BnB than 3 star. Staff were hit and miss, some very and some need more training. Expected a bit more quality from Brekkie. It you accept its basic and don't build up your hopes it will be ok.

The location and price were definetely the best points, should I return to limerick and I probably will it is a lovely city i'd stay there if I was on a budget There was an unpleasant smell on our floor, the bed linen was also very worn. A down side of the central location was the noise from outside and the noise from the bar drifted to the first floor bedrooms

The hotel is only a short walk from the City Centre which is ideal for visitors and was clean and staff were helpfull. We only stayed for one night as we were touring but would gladly have stayed longer especially at the rates secured through Booking.com. This is not really a complaint but may be an issue for other guests especially those with walking difficulties. Parking is in a secure underground private car park accross from the hotel which is not ideal but as there is no charge and the hotel is so close to the City Centre, it was not an issue for us.

Location Breakfast was a let down. Down at the end of service. manager said she would restock the buffet. left restaurant and never came back. not the only one's left disappointed. No hot water. barly tepid.

Room was disappointing and small and needed updating. Asked for light bulbs to be changed and this didn't happen. Bedding was of poor quality and pillows were flat but new ones were provided. Reception and bar areas were pleasant. Staff were friendly.
